Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Contracts Manager located in Muscat. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and resolving contractual disputes. The Contracts Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and client(s) to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, metallurgy or material science. Relevant experience in a similar position may be accepted with appropriate qualifications in inspection and NDE
Evidence of previous training or courses in NDT techniques & corrosion principles
Minimum 10 years in the oil & gas industry.
Minimum 5 years in managing Maintenance Inspection & NDT Contracts.
Substantial experience in managing a similar operation and technical knowledge of Maintenance Inspection and NDT techniques.
Shall be fully able to discuss technical inspection matters with the PDO/Client Representative
Valid ASNT Level III qualification in UT, RT, MPI, DPI and/or VT, as required per SNT-TC-1A 2022 for the applicable ASNT Written Practices and ASNT- PERSONNEL qualifications.
Comprehensive working knowledge of ASNT Written Practices, conducting training, Maintenance Inspection & NDT techniques, and corrosion principles.
Experience in internal quality auditing.
Good communication & training skills.

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع كمدير عقود في مسقط. سيكون مدير العقود مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع جوانب العقد، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية، وحل النزاعات التعاقدية. سيتعاون مدير العقود أيضًا مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والعميل (العملاء) لضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشروع.
مؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس أو HND في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو المعادن أو علوم المواد. قد يتم قبول الخبرة ذات الصلة في منصب مماثل مع المؤهلات المناسبة في التفتيش وتجربة الاقتراب من الموت
دليل على التدريب أو الدورات السابقة في تقنيات NDT ومبادئ التآكل
الحد الأدنى 10 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز.
الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات في إدارة فحص الصيانة وعقود الاختبارات غير التدميرية.
خبرة كبيرة في إدارة عملية مماثلة ومعرفة فنية بتقنيات فحص الصيانة وتقنيات الاختبار غير التدميري.
يجب أن يكون قادرًا تمامًا على مناقشة مسائل الفحص الفني مع ممثل الشركة/العميل
مؤهل ASNT المستوى III صالح في UT وRT وMPI وDPI و/أو VT، كما هو مطلوب وفقًا لـ SNT-TC-1A 2022 لممارسات ASNT المكتوبة ومؤهلات ASNT- PERSONNEL.
معرفة عملية شاملة بممارسات ASNT المكتوبة وإجراء التدريب وفحص الصيانة وتقنيات NDT ومبادئ التآكل.
خبرة في تدقيق الجودة الداخلية.
