About the job
Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with an international shipping company based in Muscat, Oman. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our subsidiaries in Africa, ensuring the accurate collection, verification, and preparation of documentation for the Credit Committee.
You will be responsible for:
Collect and review financial documents from subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Verify the authenticity and compliance of submitted documents with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for the Credit Committee, ensuring all necessary information is included.
Structure and present credit deals clearly and concisely to facilitate informed decision-making by the committee.
Introduce and explain credit deals to the committee, addressing any queries and providing additional information as required.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on credit applications.
Calculate interest rates, monthly payments, and other financial metrics relevant to credit deals.
Perform risk assessments and financial analysis to support credit decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on credit documentation and analysis.
Proven experience working with credit committees and preparing credit documentation.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, including interest rate calculations and loan amortisation.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent writing and verbal skills in English (French as a plus)

ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
جمع ومراجعة المستندات المالية من الشركات التابعة للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها.
التحقق من صحة المستندات المقدمة وتوافقها مع معايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
إعداد حزم توثيقية شاملة للجنة الائتمان، والتأكد من تضمين جميع المعلومات الضرورية.
تنظيم وعرض صفقات الائتمان بشكل واضح وموجز لتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة من قبل اللجنة.
تقديم وشرح صفقات الائتمان للجنة، والإجابة على أي استفسارات وتوفير معلومات إضافية حسب الحاجة.
التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية ذات الصلة لضمان التواصل السلس ومتابعة طلبات الائتمان.
احسب أسعار الفائدة، والمدفوعات الشهرية، وغيرها من المقاييس المالية ذات الصلة بصفقات الائتمان.
إجراء تقييمات المخاطر والتحليلات المالية لدعم قرارات الائتمان.
متطلبات:
- خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في الخدمات المصرفية أو المالية، مع التركيز على توثيق الائتمان وتحليله.
خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع لجان الائتمان وإعداد وثائق الائتمان.
- معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المالية، بما في ذلك حسابات أسعار الفائدة واستهلاك القروض.
تعتبر الخبرة في صناعة السيارات ميزة إضافية.
