(Junior) Legal Counsel - Mandarin Speaker
About the job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated (Junior) Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at GoGlobal. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization. This position requires a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this fully remote role, you will get an opportunity to grow in international environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise MSAs, NDAs and other commercial agreements
Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining legal templates and related policies and/or guidelines
Prepare legal correspondence, notices, demand letters, and other documents
Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments
Conduct research on various legal matters as needed
Perform other duties/responsibilities as requested by the company
Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Law
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel
Previous experience in employer of the record, payroll, corporate or business services is an advantage
Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
Commercially focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams
Experience with Office (Word, Excel), Office 365, SharePoint
Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken)

نحن نبحث عن مستشار قانوني (مبتدئ) ماهر ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا القانوني في GoGlobal. سيقدم المرشح الناجح المشورة القانونية والدعم لمختلف الإدارات داخل المنظمة. يتطلب هذا المنصب عقلية تجارية ومهارات اتصال ممتازة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة ديناميكية سريعة الخطى. في هذا الدور البعيد تمامًا، ستحصل على فرصة للنمو في بيئة دولية.
المسؤوليات:
صياغة ومراجعة وتنقيح اتفاقات الخدمة الإدارية واتفاقيات عدم الإفصاح والاتفاقيات التجارية الأخرى
المساعدة في صياغة وتحديث وصيانة النماذج القانونية والسياسات و/أو الإرشادات ذات الصلة
إعداد المراسلات القانونية والإشعارات وخطابات الطلب وغيرها من المستندات
تقديم المشورة القانونية الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمختلف الإدارات
إجراء البحوث حول المسائل القانونية المختلفة حسب الحاجة
أداء واجبات / مسؤوليات أخرى حسب طلب الشركة
متطلبات
الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون كحد أدنى
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمستشار قانوني
تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في صاحب العمل في السجل أو كشوف المرتبات أو خدمات الشركات أو الأعمال ميزة
-خبرة مثبتة في صياغة العقود والتفاوض
عقلية مركزة تجاريًا وموجهة نحو الحلول
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعاون مع الفرق الأخرى
تجربة مع Office (Word، Excel)، Office 365، SharePoint
يجب أن يتقن اللغة الإنجليزية والماندرين الصينية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
