Job purpose:
Develop and maintain business relationships with clients, Intermediaries and prospects to ensure retention of accounts and grow business to meet predefined targets. Identify and maximize new business sales opportunities through brokers, build a network. and ensure future sales opportunities and growth while working in close collaboration with key internal GIG teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver renewal analyses information following thorough claim experience analysis in collaboration with Offering team.
Monitor the performance of an allocated portfolio segment. Analyze and communicate any abnormal trends with technical explanation and possible suggestions that would need to be conveyed to customers in collaboration with Account Management team.
Prepare and analyze sales forecast & results reports and presentations to management.
Pursue sales opportunities that typically arise from Brokers, receiving sales enquiries and working with their team and the wider organization to respond to tender requests, converting tenders into sales of the company’s products to meet agreed annual sales targets.
Management responsibility for a team supporting their broker panel.
Work with the underwriting teams to ensure all enquiries are accompanied by a full and complete presentation of underwriting information, competitor’s rates/terms/conditions if available and any other commercial/political information for consideration of underwriters and/or reinsurers.
Ensure insurance premium is collected in line with the Company’s terms of business liaising with credit control to minimize outstanding debt.
Perform any other related duties as required to support the activities and overall strategic directions in order to ensure the profitability of the company.
Medical Operations Manager
Job purpose:
To review, assess, evaluate, and manage preapproval requests on direct billing and reimbursement basis.
Contribute to case management efforts to meet team and departmental targets.
Arrange GOPs through international partners to clients requesting pre-approvals outside the GCC.
Support the MCS, Claims and CRM team with their queries and escalations.
Assist the team in provider visit to review cases ‘on the ground’ and aid in audits/FWA efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to assess and process request for medical pre-authorizations.
Achieve the pre-authorization SLA metrics.
Support in evaluating the complex cases, including Inpatient.
Evaluate the cases based on DRG and CPT/ICD coding.
Visit providers to review medical files and information to aid in case processing.
Support the FWA team with on ground provider audits (as and when required).
Operational & Technical Responsibilities:
High level of working knowledge of healthcare regulations in Oman (and other GCC countries, particularly: UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain) to be considered as part of processing.
Strong communication (verbal & written) to stakeholders, including providers and internal teams.
Sound knowledge and following of all medical insurance guidelines.
Understand the different aspects of the Healthcare Platform to be able to direct queries to the relevant parties where necessary.
Contribute significantly to the departmental savings via case management and other initiatives.

غرض الوظيفة:
مراجعة وتقييم وتقدير وإدارة طلبات الموافقة المسبقة على أساس الفواتير المباشرة والسداد.
المساهمة في جهود إدارة الحالة لتحقيق أهداف الفريق والقسم.
ترتيب عمليات الشراء المسبقة من خلال الشركاء الدوليين للعملاء الذين يطلبون الموافقات المسبقة خارج دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
دعم فريق MCS والمطالبات وإدارة علاقات العملاء في استفساراتهم وتصعيداتهم.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
القدرة على تقييم ومعالجة طلبات الحصول على الموافقات الطبية المسبقة.
تحقيق مقاييس اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة (SLA) المسبقة.

تقييم الحالات على أساس الترميز DRG وCPT/ICD.
