job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Phenix Accounting Technical Support specialist. As part of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our Phenix Accounting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Phenix Accounting software
- Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and updates
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using Phenix Accounting software effectively
- Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain records of client interactions and technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Phenix Accounting software
Requirements:
-Syrian nationalities are preferred.
-Speak english.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Phenix Accounting software is must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if required
