Senior HR Field Partner
About the job
Role Purpose
The Senior HR Field Partner is responsible for leading the Human Resources function in-store including; Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Manpower Planning. He/she coordinates with the Brand Management team and local HR departments to ensure productivity and efficiency through a high quality in-store workforce.
Responsibilities
Implement and follow the optimal staff structure according to the stores’ needs and productivity targets by coordinating the distribution of budgeted hours and headcount and ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Manage the recruitment process, enhance selection tools and methods, conduct interviews as well as implement inductions and on-boarding processes.
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented (employee handbook, standard operation procedures, uniform procedures, working hours, staff lockers and the staff room procedures…).
Implement employee relations programs and evaluate their effectiveness (exit interviews, employee surveys, absenteeism and turnover rates…).
Implement the disciplinary policy based on the disciplinary action matrix, ensuring the alignment with the local labor law.
Ensure that workplace health, safety and security comply with local laws, regulations and company’s code of conduct.
Train, guide and motivate shop managers to develop their teams and manage talent ensuring that employees have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to meet current and future business requirements
Conduct performance appraisals, identify high potential employees and develop training and succession plans.
Coach managers on conflict resolutions and handling employee issues to increase productivity and boost employee morale.
Follow up on the completion of Performance Development Plans (PDP’s) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP’s) through various learning activities and manage the performance appraisal cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
5 to 6 years of experience in HR within a retail company
Train-the-trainer (TTT) and Coaching certifications are a must
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office

الغرض من الدور
الشريك الميداني الأول للموارد البشرية مسؤول عن قيادة وظيفة الموارد البشرية في المتجر بما في ذلك؛ التوظيف والتعلم والتطوير والتعويضات والمزايا وتخطيط القوى العاملة. يقوم بالتنسيق مع فريق إدارة العلامة التجارية وإدارات الموارد البشرية المحلية لضمان الإنتاجية والكفاءة من خلال قوة عاملة عالية الجودة في المتجر.
المسؤوليات
تنفيذ ومتابعة الهيكل الأمثل للموظفين وفقًا لاحتياجات المتاجر وأهداف الإنتاجية من خلال تنسيق توزيع الساعات المدرجة في الميزانية وعدد الموظفين وضمان امتثالهم للقوانين واللوائح المحلية المعمول بها.
إدارة عملية التوظيف، وتعزيز أدوات وأساليب الاختيار، وإجراء المقابلات بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ عمليات التعريف والتأهيل.
التأكد من تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة بشكل متسق (دليل الموظف، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية، والإجراءات الموحدة، وساعات العمل، وخزائن الموظفين، وإجراءات غرفة الموظفين...).
تنفيذ برامج علاقات الموظفين وتقييم فعاليتها (مقابلات الخروج، استبيانات الموظفين، معدلات التغيب عن العمل ودوران الموظفين...).
تنفيذ السياسة التأديبية بناءً على مصفوفة الإجراءات التأديبية، مما يضمن التوافق مع قانون العمل المحلي.
تأكد من أن الصحة والسلامة والأمن في مكان العمل تتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المحلية ومدونة قواعد سلوك الشركة.
تدريب وتوجيه وتحفيز مديري المتاجر لتطوير فرقهم وإدارة المواهب لضمان حصول الموظفين على المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات المناسبة اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات العمل الحالية والمستقبلية
إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتحديد الموظفين ذوي الإمكانات العالية وتطوير خطط التدريب والخلافة.
تدريب المديرين على حل النزاعات والتعامل مع مشكلات الموظفين لزيادة الإنتاجية وتعزيز معنويات الموظفين.
متابعة استكمال خطط تطوير الأداء (PDP) وخطط تحسين الأداء (PIP's) من خلال أنشطة التعلم المختلفة وإدارة دورة تقييم الأداء.
مؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها
– خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية داخل شركة البيع بالتجزئة
يعد تدريب المدرب (TTT) وشهادات التدريب أمرًا ضروريًا
