What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Qualify opportunities, understand technical requirements, and identify unique public sector business drivers.
- Problem-Solving for Clients: Tackle challenges faced by government and SLED clients, including regulatory requirements like FedRAMP compliance.
- Lead Demos and Proofs-of-Concept: Design and execute tailored demos based on public sector priorities and buyer personas.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI Processes: Act as a key technical resource to meet client-specific needs and compliance.
- Recommend Solutions: Provide expert advice on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and best practices for environments with strict regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Public Sector Solutions: 2+ years in a Solutions Engineer role or equivalent, with customer-facing expertise.
- WordPress Proficiency: Deep experience deploying and managing large-scale content management systems for US Federal and SLED clients.
- Cloud Hosting Expertise: Understanding security and compliance in public sector projects.
- Familiarity with Regulations: Knowledge of public sector procurement processes, including FedRAMP compliance, FAR, and DoD impact levels.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, phone, and written skills.
