Senior Public Relations Manager (MENA)

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Develop and implement action plans for Yango ride-hailing service including evaluation of PR campaigns effectiveness and business results;
• ● Build internal processes engaging different teams (GR, marketing, business, etc) of the company to achieve PR goals;
• ● Issue management in the market;
• ● Work with the local media and prepare different communication formats - from comments for the media to briefs for agencies and speakers for interviews;
• ● Involve bloggers and prominent social media figures in the promotion of Yango services;
• ● Management of local agencies, including SMM ones.

Main Requirements:

• ● 7+ years experience in PR and communication (including agency);
• ● Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is a must;
• ● Experience in Issue communications;
• ● High stress tolerance;
• ● Creativity in developing promotion formats;
• ● Experience in organizing offline media events;
• ● Ability to prioritize, make decisions and take full ownership of the results;
• ● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously delivering high-quality outcomes;
• ● Experience in IT-related fields is a plus.

Qualifications: 

• ● University degree, High Diploma is a plus;
• ● Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• ● Proven presentation and planning capabilities.
