Job Relations:
Internal
- Retail Banking/ WM,
- Islamic Banking,
- Corporate Support,

- Principal Accountabilities
Strategic:
- Responsible for building relationships to help grow client base.
- Collaborate with captive channels like branch banking, wealth, etc. for lead origination.
- Identify business opportunities amongst existing customers and source new prospects through networking with customers.
Operational
- Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels.
- Cross sell other banking products such as treasury, transaction banking, trade finance and corporate salary accounts.
- Understand and monitor client business and financials for ensuring suitable and timely solution or corrective action.
- Achieve financial targets by growing revenue from the portfolio of relations.
- Improve client calling plans to ensure business development is pursued.
- Ensure adherence to credit, regulatory and compliance policies.
- Liaise with trade finance, operation, treasury, legal and branch banking team for seamless customer service.
Organizational:
- Provide the required guidance to Credit Analysts.
- Monitor and provide suggestions for streamlining credit monitoring in compliance with the bank's policies or guidance.
- Oversee operations by complying with the organization’s quality standards, policies, procedures and systems.
Requirements:
Education/ Qualification
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Total of 7+ years of experience in banking and similar fields, out of which 4 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager.
- Experience in and knowledge of the GCC market.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in Arabic preferred.
- In-depth technical knowledge of products and services
- Sound business acumen and judgement.
- Advanced knowledge of the banking industry best practices in Oman.

- المحاسبات الرئيسية
الاستراتيجية:
- مسؤول عن بناء العلاقات للمساعدة في تنمية قاعدة العملاء.
- تعاون مع القنوات المقيدة مثل الخدمات المصرفية الفرعية والثروة وما إلى ذلك لإنشاء العملاء المحتملين.
- تحديد الفرص التجارية بين العملاء الحاليين والعثور على آفاق جديدة من خلال التواصل مع العملاء.
التشغيل
- إنشاء آفاق للحواجز غير التعريفية من خلال المصادر المباشرة وقنوات السوق المفتوحة.
- البيع المتبادل للمنتجات المصرفية الأخرى مثل الخزينة والمعاملات المصرفية والتمويل التجاري وحسابات رواتب الشركات.
- فهم ومراقبة أعمال العميل وبياناته المالية لضمان الحل المناسب وفي الوقت المناسب أو الإجراء التصحيحي.
- تحقيق الأهداف المالية من خلال زيادة الإيرادات من محفظة العلاقات.
- تحسين خطط الاتصال بالعملاء لضمان متابعة تطوير الأعمال.
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الائتمان والتنظيم والامتثال.
- الاتصال بفريق التمويل التجاري والتشغيل والخزانة والفريق القانوني والفروع المصرفية لتقديم خدمة عملاء سلسة.
التنظيمية:
- تقديم التوجيه المطلوب لمحللي الائتمان.
- مراقبة وتقديم اقتراحات لتبسيط مراقبة الائتمان بما يتوافق مع سياسات البنك أو توجيهاته.
- الإشراف على العمليات من خلال الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسياسات والإجراءات والأنظمة الخاصة بالمنظمة.
متطلبات:
التعليم / المؤهل
- المطلوب: درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم المصرفية أو الاقتصاد أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
خبرة:
- يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 7 سنوات في مجال الخدمات المصرفية والمجالات المشابهة، منها 4 سنوات خبرة كمدير علاقات.
- الخبرة والمعرفة بسوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
مهارات اضافية:
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة الخطية والشفوية؛ يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
- معرفة تقنية متعمقة بالمنتجات والخدمات
- الفطنة التجارية السليمة والحكم.
- معرفة متقدمة بأفضل ممارسات الصناعة المصرفية في سلطنة عمان.
