CCV Operator
Key Deliverables
- Produce cables with the correct specification by Following Quality Compliance Plan (QCP) at rated speeds following NCC Recipe.
- Perform set up jobs efficiently and effectively by following operating instructions and procedures.
- Check -Thickness, %eccentricity, Penetration of material into conductor if any.
- Ensure to make NCC Recipe with correct material details & Parameters.
- Ensure to select proper tools following thickness and shrinkage.
- Ensure to clean and set up of CCV line Extruders and accessories in proper manner in dedicated time frame without damaging of tools.
- Close follow up with QC for CCV related testing.
- Ensure proper handling of CCV materials.
- You will be responsible to follow all safety procedures and requirements.
- Check the mandate to ensure the cable orders are as per specifications in the machine.
- Update and insert data into MES system.
- Communicate with the supervisor/engineer for any issues.
- You will be responsible to record data in PCR.
Qualifications
- Secondary School
- Vocational training
Skills/Knowledge
- Basic understanding about production & quality
- In process testing
- Basic technical skills
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in operating extruder machine.

اهم الانجازات
- قم بإنتاج الكابلات بالمواصفات الصحيحة من خلال اتباع خطة الامتثال للجودة (QCP) بالسرعات المقدرة وفقًا لوصفة NCC.
- أداء مهام الإعداد بكفاءة وفعالية من خلال اتباع تعليمات وإجراءات التشغيل.
- التحقق من - السُمك، ونسبة الانحراف، واختراق المادة داخل الموصل إن وجد.
- تأكد من إعداد وصفة NCC بتفاصيل ومعايير المواد الصحيحة.
- تأكد من اختيار الأدوات المناسبة بعد السُمك والانكماش.
- تأكد من تنظيف وإعداد طاردات خط CCV وملحقاتها بطريقة مناسبة في إطار زمني مخصص دون الإضرار بالأدوات.
- متابعة وثيقة مع مراقبة الجودة للاختبارات المتعلقة بـ CCV.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع مواد CCV.
- ستكون مسؤولاً عن اتباع جميع إجراءات ومتطلبات السلامة.
- تحقق من التفويض للتأكد من أن طلبات الكابلات تتوافق مع المواصفات الموجودة في الجهاز.
- تحديث وإدراج البيانات في نظام MES.
- التواصل مع المشرف / المهندس لأية مشاكل.
- ستكون مسؤولاً عن تسجيل البيانات في PCR.

- تدريب مهني
المهارات / المعرفة
- الفهم الأساسي حول الإنتاج والجودة
- في عملية الاختبار
- المهارات التقنية الأساسية
خبرة
- 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تشغيل آلة الطارد ه.
