What does Playnetic do?
Established in 2023, Playnetic is a new player in the world of gaming entertainment. We design and build slot games from scratch - from idea to release. Our games will be played in regulated markets globally through industry-leading operators.

We're currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months. As a fully remote studio, we understand the importance of staying connected and maintaining team collaboration. Join our team as an Art Director and bring your extensive expertise in game production and strong illustration skills to lead the art team effectively.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product owner, game designer, and principal animators to define the game's visual style and set and maintain quality benchmarks.
You'll be responsible for documenting style guides and production procedures, diving into senior-level production tasks within your speciality, shaping the artistic vision, and establishing quality standards.
Beyond the technical aspects, your role extends to playing a pivotal mentoring role, inspiring and motivating team members to thrive in our creative and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft the game's Art Direction with precision and creativity.
Create comprehensive art documentation for game production.
Showcase excellent planning and task scheduling skills for top-notch animations.
Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth.
Ensure the game meets visual quality standards.
Provide clear and constructive feedback on art and animation.
Serve as the main contact for outsourced teams.
