1-Lead Auditor
Job description
Related to Audits
- Support in business & perform 3rd party audits for AIS customers. (national / international)
- To perform audits in the capacity of Lead Auditor / Auditor in conformance with the relevant audits procedures.
- To ensure that audits are performed in a professional and effective way, in accordance with relevant KPIs
- To ensure timely and accurate audit reporting to the customers and scheme office.
- To maintain appropriate auditor credentials and seek continued professional training/certifications as needed.
- To assist in the training of other auditors and lead auditors during planned audits or during other training functions.
- To maintain the accreditations by actively participating in the accreditation audits and related activities.
- Support in the role of a trainer to perform related trainings.
- Related to Training.
- To deliver IRCA accredited and/or non-IRCA training programs in accordance with AIS’s policies and procedures.
- To provide required support in the development of relevant training materials
- To ensure that all pre and post training activities are planned and executed in a professional and timely manner.
Other Duties
- To assist business development teams and other AIS business segments in collecting industry data and providing any support to increase company’s customer base.
- To carry out any other related job assigned by the direct supervisor/ management authorities
- Make audit decisions as per the guidelines given by scheme office.
- Make decisions for the qualification of participants attending the trainings in accordance with AIS guidelines and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management about the AIS performance and market perception.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in scientific/technological discipline (or equivalent)
- Mandatory minimum 5 years’ experience with a reputable Certification Body in the capacity of Lead Auditor.
- Possess current Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO 22000 as a minimum including any other relevant standards.
- Have satisfactorily completed the relevant IRCA approved training course (or equivalent) in operations and auditing. The course(s) must include an examination, which must be passed to evidence satisfactory completion.
- Must have completed 35 to 40 third party audits in any relevant Halal / Management systems standard.
- Must qualify to handle Halal certification audits & trainings in the future.

المتعلقة بعمليات التدقيق
- الدعم في الأعمال التجارية وإجراء عمليات تدقيق خارجية لعملاء AIS. (وطني / دولي)
- لإجراء عمليات التدقيق بصفته كبير المراجعين / المدققين بما يتوافق مع إجراءات التدقيق ذات الصلة.
- لضمان إجراء عمليات التدقيق بطريقة احترافية وفعالة، وفقًا لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ذات الصلة
- لضمان تقديم تقارير التدقيق الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للعملاء ومكتب المخطط.
- للحفاظ على أوراق اعتماد المدقق المناسبة والسعي للحصول على التدريب / الشهادات المهنية المستمرة حسب الحاجة.
- للمساعدة في تدريب المراجعين الآخرين والمراجعين الرئيسيين أثناء عمليات التدقيق المخطط لها أو أثناء وظائف التدريب الأخرى.
- للحفاظ على الاعتمادات من خلال المشاركة بنشاط في عمليات تدقيق الاعتماد والأنشطة ذات الصلة.
- الدعم في دور المدرب لأداء التدريبات ذات الصلة.
- المتعلقة بالتدريب.
- لتقديم برامج تدريبية معتمدة من IRCA و/أو غير تابعة لـ IRCA وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات AIS.
- لتقديم الدعم المطلوب في تطوير المواد التدريبية ذات الصلة
- للتأكد من أن جميع أنشطة التدريب قبل وبعد يتم تخطيطها وتنفيذها بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب.
واجبات أخرى
- لمساعدة فرق تطوير الأعمال وقطاعات أعمال AIS الأخرى في جمع بيانات الصناعة وتقديم أي دعم لزيادة قاعدة عملاء الشركة.
- لتنفيذ أي وظيفة أخرى ذات صلة يتم تعيينها من قبل المشرف المباشر / السلطات الإدارية
- اتخاذ قرارات التدقيق وفقًا للإرشادات المقدمة من مكتب المخطط.
- اتخاذ قرارات بشأن تأهيل المشاركين الذين يحضرون الدورات التدريبية وفقًا لإرشادات وإجراءات AIS.
- تقديم ملاحظات للإدارة حول أداء AIS وتصور السوق.
متطلبات العمل
- درجة البكالوريوس / الماجستير في التخصص العلمي / التكنولوجي (أو ما يعادلها)
- خبرة إلزامية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مع هيئة اعتماد ذات سمعة طيبة بصفته مدققًا رئيسيًا.
- أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة المدقق الرئيسي الحالية لـ ISO 9001، 14001، 45001، ISO 22000 كحد أدنى بما في ذلك أي معايير أخرى ذات صلة.
- أكملت بشكل مرضي الدورة التدريبية ذات الصلة المعتمدة من IRCA (أو ما يعادلها) في العمليات والتدقيق. يجب أن تتضمن الدورة (الدورات) اختبارًا يجب اجتيازه لإثبات إتمامه بشكل مُرضٍ.
- يجب أن تكون قد أكملت 35 إلى 40 عملية تدقيق من طرف ثالث في أي معيار حلال / أنظمة إدارة ذات صلة.
- يجب أن يكون مؤهلاً للتعامل مع عمليات التدقيق والدورات التدريبية لشهادة الحلال في المستقبل.
