QHSE Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
QHSE Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve QHSE strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship across all levels of the organization.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to personnel, assets, and the environment through proactive risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE regulations, standards, and certifications, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
Incident Investigation and Reporting:
- Lead investigations into QHSE incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely QHSE reports to regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and senior management.
Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive QHSE training programs to enhance awareness, knowledge, and competency among employees and contractors.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
Supplier and Contractor Management:
- Evaluate and select QHSE-compliant suppliers and contractors, establishing clear expectations and performance standards.
- Monitor supplier and contractor performance, providing feedback and support to ensure adherence to QHSE requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in QHSE processes and practices.
- Analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in QHSE disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in QHSE management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with exposure to Independent Power Producer (IPP) operations.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to the renewable energy industry, particularly in the EMEA region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving QHSE excellence, implementing effective risk management strategies, and achieving measurable results.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.

المهام الأساسية:
استراتيجية الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتطوير السياسات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين استراتيجيات وسياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما يتماشى مع أفضل ممارسات الصناعة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- قيادة ثقافة السلامة والجودة والإشراف البيئي على جميع مستويات المنظمة.
إدارة المخاطر والامتثال:
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة على الموظفين والأصول والبيئة من خلال استراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر الاستباقية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح ومعايير وشهادات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك ISO 45001 وISO 14001 وISO 9001.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو أي مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- الشهادات المهنية في تخصصات QHSE (على سبيل المثال، NEBOSH، IOSH، ISO Lead Auditor) مرغوبة للغاية.
