Custom Solutions Architect
Your Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement complex infrastructure-based solutions (colocation, connectivity, hardware installation);
- Provide technical pre-sales support during meetings with clients as well as technical meetings with the internal teams;
- Analyzing customer business needs;
- Create complex solutions based on a number of company’s standard services to fit customer needs;
- Provide technical expertise and develop solutions to new and existing customers in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to the teams in the implementation of the designed solution;
- Collaborate internally to validate technical solutions;
- Assisting in RFP responses, development of project delivery plans;
- Document and present designed solution to customers;
- Provide consultative support to customers during service handover process;
- Actively participate in Solution Architect Team communication. Share ideas in order to define a complex solution.
We expect you to have:
- Higher technical education;
- 3+ years of technical experience in infrastructure solutions architect profile;
- Deep understanding network equipment, solutions and technologies, data center infrastructure, server equipment;
- Experience in gathering business requirements.
Will be a plus:
- Expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal and RFP responses;
- Experience in preparing SOW estimates;
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations via the internet and/or in person;
- Ability to translate business requirements into consistent, compliant, solutions and provide budget estimation.

مسؤولياتك:
- تصميم وتنفيذ الحلول المعقدة القائمة على البنية التحتية (الموقع المشترك، والاتصال، وتركيب الأجهزة)؛
- تقديم الدعم الفني قبل البيع أثناء الاجتماعات مع العملاء بالإضافة إلى الاجتماعات الفنية مع الفرق الداخلية.
- تحليل احتياجات عمل العملاء؛
- إنشاء حلول معقدة تعتمد على عدد من الخدمات القياسية للشركة لتناسب احتياجات العملاء؛
- توفير الخبرة الفنية وتطوير الحلول للعملاء الجدد والحاليين من أجل تحقيق مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
- توفير القيادة الفنية والتوجيه والمساعدة للفرق في تنفيذ الحل المصمم؛
- التعاون داخليًا للتحقق من صحة الحلول التقنية؛
- المساعدة في استجابات طلب تقديم العروض، وتطوير خطط تسليم المشروع؛
- توثيق وتقديم الحلول المصممة للعملاء؛
- تقديم الدعم الاستشاري للعملاء أثناء عملية تسليم الخدمة؛
- المشاركة بنشاط في اتصالات فريق Solution Architect. تبادل الأفكار من أجل تحديد حل معقد.
نتوقع أن يكون لديك:
- التعليم الفني العالي؛
- أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة التقنية في الملف الشخصي لمهندس حلول البنية التحتية؛
- الفهم العميق لمعدات الشبكات والحلول والتقنيات والبنية التحتية لمركز البيانات ومعدات الخادم؛
- خبرة في جمع متطلبات العمل.
سيكون زائدا:
- الخبرة في بناء حالات العمل والحلول وتطوير المقترحات واستجابات طلب تقديم العروض؛
- خبرة في إعداد تقديرات SOW.
- القدرة على تطوير وتقديم عروض تقديمية عالية الجودة عبر الإنترنت و/أو شخصيًا؛
- القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى حلول متسقة ومتوافقة وتوفير تقدير للميزانية.
