Finance Manager - International Sea Food Company
Job Objective:
- Work closely with the executive management of ISFC to develop finance & accounting strategies, identify business priorities,
- effectively communicate and ensure implementation of policies that are in line with the vision, mission and values of the organization in order to achieve the objectives and mandates set forth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Assist the Finance Director in formulation of the strategy and alignment to the ISFC’s financial objectives.
- Align with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales and revenues set targets.
- Identify ways and means to improve sales efficiency and revenue collection.
- Assist in realizing tax & tariff exemptions at addressable markets of ISFC.
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial processes and supporting information systems of the company to the budgeting, tax planning, asset management, risk management, internal control and corporate governance perspectives.
- Continually monitor and evaluate the strategy of the company to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization.
- Lead the work in identifying diversified funding options for the long-term sustenance and growth of ISFC.
- Work closely with the executive management in aligning the business plan and financial planning process of ISFC with the funding plans of the business.
People:
- Ensure that the relevant policies and procedures support the
- delivery of ISFC’s objectives
- Ensure creation of a robust financial performance management and development system that supports employee learning and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate of performance of direct reports on a regular basis, coach, and provide opportunities for continuous learning and development.
Operational:
- Ensure sufficient liquidity to manage the day-to-day operations of ISFC and deployment of additional funds in appropriate financial instruments.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure debt funding undertaken by ISFC with the most favorable terms.
- Implement systems & procedures to ensure efficient & effective internal controls & risk management.
- Ensure effective management of the company finances through quarterly reviews of internal controls and audits.
- Ensure that the financial processes are compliant with the statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Carryout any necessary internal audit reviews & monitor the financial effectiveness of systems & controls.
- Monitor costs through effective accounting controls and financial management.
- Oversee the accounts and finance team’s activities on a day-to-day basis in ensuring appropriate maintenance of books of accounts, consolidation, periodic reconciliation, monitoring of budgets and payroll administration.
- Ensure the preparation of monthly reporting packages and submission to the business unit, in order to provide them with the required information for efficient decision making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, rating agencies and internal audit team for periodical (quarterly and annual) audit.
- Establish proper internal controls and ensure policies and systems are effective and meet all procedural and legislative requirements.
- Preparation of monthly information pack to senior management and the board
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
- CA, CPA. Or ACCA, preferable
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the financial and accounting management in companies of a similar size, scale and complexity.

الهدف الوظيفي:
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة التنفيذية لـ ISFC لتطوير استراتيجيات التمويل والمحاسبة، وتحديد أولويات العمل،
- التواصل بشكل فعال وضمان تنفيذ السياسات التي تتماشى مع رؤية ورسالة وقيم المنظمة من أجل تحقيق الأهداف والولايات المنصوص عليها.
المهام الأساسية:
الاستراتيجية:
- مساعدة المدير المالي في صياغة الإستراتيجية والمواءمة مع الأهداف المالية لـ ISFC.
- التوافق مع فريق المبيعات والتسويق لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة للمبيعات والإيرادات.
- تحديد الطرق والوسائل لتحسين كفاءة المبيعات وتحصيل الإيرادات.
- المساعدة في تحقيق الإعفاءات الضريبية والتعريفية في الأسواق المستهدفة لـ ISFC.
- إنشاء وتنسيق وتقييم العمليات المالية ودعم أنظمة المعلومات للشركة لوضع الميزانية والتخطيط الضريبي وإدارة الأصول وإدارة المخاطر والرقابة الداخلية ومنظورات حوكمة الشركات.
- مراقبة وتقييم استراتيجية الشركة باستمرار لضمان الاستمرارية المالية للمنظمة على المدى الطويل.
- قيادة العمل في تحديد خيارات التمويل المتنوعة لدعم ونمو ISFC على المدى الطويل.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة التنفيذية في مواءمة خطة العمل وعملية التخطيط المالي لـ ISFC مع خطط تمويل الأعمال.

- ضمان الإدارة الفعالة لأموال الشركة من خلال المراجعات ربع السنوية للضوابط الداخلية وعمليات التدقيق.
- التأكد من أن العمليات المالية متوافقة مع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية وحوكمة الشركات.
- إجراء أي مراجعات تدقيق داخلي ضرورية ومراقبة الفعالية المالية للأنظمة والضوابط.
- مراقبة التكاليف من خلال الضوابط المحاسبية الفعالة والإدارة المالية.
- الإشراف على أنشطة فريق الحسابات والمالية على أساس يومي لضمان الصيانة المناسبة لدفاتر الحسابات والتوحيد والتسوية الدورية ومراقبة الميزانيات وإدارة كشوف المرتبات.
- التأكد من إعداد حزم التقارير الشهرية وتقديمها إلى وحدة الأعمال، من أجل تزويدهم بالمعلومات المطلوبة لاتخاذ القرارات بكفاءة.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين ووكالات التصنيف وفريق التدقيق الداخلي لإجراء التدقيق الدوري (الربع سنوي والسنوي).

- إعداد حزمة معلومات شهرية للإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة
تعليم:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها
- كاليفورنيا، اتفاق السلام الشامل. أو جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين المعتمدين (ACCA) هو الأفضل
خبرة:
- - من 8 إلى 12 عامًا من الخبرة في الإدارة المالية والمحاسبية في شركات ذات حجم وحجم وتعقيد مماثل.
