Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

Critical Skills:
Proficiency in facilitation, collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, extensive experience with MS Project, and adeptness in project management, communication, process management, and team performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, or related field required; advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in OTC, consumer products, or pharmaceutical industries, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Familiarity with investigational product management and/or controlled substance management in clinical trials is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of global GxP compliance regulations, research and development practices, quality terminology, quality assurance procedures, and quality evaluation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and interact with senior leadership; experience with inspections and regulatory commitments preferred.
- Proficiency in standard PM tools and templates, with preference for PMP or Project Management certification and background in Process Excellence or Six Sigma methodologies.
