What’s On Your Plate?
- Key responsible for growing their Key Accounts portfolio and driving these partners to become generators of revenue.
- Optimize Key Account performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews so that Key stakeholders have full visibility of their performance.
- Identify revenue opportunities.
- Drive growth and make Key Accounts act as customer acquisition for the Q-commerce, Local Shops business.
- Build weekly/monthly reports, track & communicate performance data

- Understand marketing calendars for brands, strategize, plan & execute regional campaigns supported by our key partners

2-Coordinator Inventory & Collection

- Coordinate the receipt of the import of the shipment until putaway to stock.
- Supervise inventory distribution/returning processes for onboarded, existing and offboarded riders.
- Monitoring stock fluctuations and compiling daily inventory reports on a daily basis.
- Conducting spot checks and visiting stores to investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory movements through validation and updates in Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
- Performing quarterly inventory cycle counts in the warehouse.
- Reporting any system issues related to store operations or activities that may impact stock levels.
- Identify Safety Stock Levels for Re-Order points related to SKU Level.
- Assist in improving the inventory process, and provide detailed reports every month-end..
- Support other stakeholders when required or as requested from Line Manager.

What’s On Your Plate?
Priorities
- Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
- Work with Recruitment of riders for the allocated zones
- Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items
- Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level
- Manage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
- Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
- Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment
- Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executed
- Groom rider quality (behaviour, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
- Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders
- Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
- Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders
- Audits fleet appearance & rider behaviour via on ground visits

Role Summary
- We are looking for a talented graphic designer and photography enthusiast who will be responsible for applying the regional brand guidelines in order to create visually appealing designs for various communication channels. Your primary role will be to apply creative solutions to existing templates or design and create graphics relevant to the brief shared.
- In order to do well in this role, we’d want you to have a good understanding of design principles, have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, are experienced in food photography and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- مراقبة تقلبات المخزون وتجميع تقارير المخزون اليومية بشكل يومي.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش مفاجئة وزيارة المتاجر للتحقيق في تناقضات المخزون.
- ضمان دقة حركات المخزون من خلال التحقق من الصحة والتحديثات في Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
- إجراء عمليات الجرد ربع السنوية للمخزون في المستودع.
