Project details:

- Contract duration - 8 months extendable (long term engagement)
- Language - English (must) Arabic (preferred)
Experience:
- ● Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ● Strong experience in technologies related to Facilities management and understanding of emerging technologies in this area
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Project management experience is a plus.
- ● Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Understand and execute various activities for facilities management across various areas as below: FM Areas a. Facility Planning and Strategy b. Facility Maintenance and Operations c. Space Planning and Management d. Procurement and Vendor Management e. Health and Safety Management f. Sustainability and Energy Management g. Asset and Inventory Management h. Hard services and Soft services Management i. Workplace Management j. Financial Planning and Budgeting
- 2. Assessment: Conduct current state assessment and identify areas for improvement across the various FM areas
- 3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement facility management strategies across various FM areas that align with the clients vision and objectives, including long-term planning, cost control, and risk management.
- 4. Optimization: Understand and provide recommendations to optimize facility management services across various FM areas.
- 5. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance to meet all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including safety and environmental requirements.
- 6. Technology Integration: Recommend and support implementation of various digital solutions and platforms for various FM areas.
- 7. Training and Development: Provide training and support to facility management teams and personnel to improve their skill sets and capabilities on the solutions and platforms.
- 8. Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and progress of facilities management initiatives across various FM areas.
- 9. Solution Provider Relationship Management: Cultivate strong solution provider relationships, addressing their concerns, and ensuring conformance to the requirements.

- 2. التقييم: إجراء تقييم الحالة الحالية وتحديد مجالات التحسين عبر مجالات الإدارة المالية المختلفة
- 3. التخطيط الاستراتيجي: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة المرافق عبر مجالات إدارة المرافق المختلفة التي تتماشى مع رؤية العملاء وأهدافهم، بما في ذلك التخطيط طويل المدى ومراقبة التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر.
- 4. التحسين: فهم وتقديم توصيات لتحسين خدمات إدارة المرافق عبر مناطق إدارة المرافق المختلفة.
