Position: Lecturer/Assistant/Associate Professor
- Qualification: PhD holder with the academic rank Associate Professor/Assistant Professor, with academic experience in the field. Omanis with master’s degree can also apply.
- Job Description: We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the positions of Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor within our academic institution. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in research activities, and contributing to the overall academic and administrative functions of the department. Lecturers are expected to teach 15 credit hours per week, Assistant Professors 12 credit hours per week, and Associate Professors 9 credit hours per week. The number of working hours may vary depending on the other job and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and deliver introductory and advanced courses within the specialization and related areas. The incumbent should demonstrate flexibility to teach additional related subjects as necessary.
- • Offer academic guidance and counseling to undergraduate and Diploma students.
- • Secure research grants from both national and international funding sources.
- • Actively engage in research activities pertinent to the field of expertise.
- • The language for communication and lecture delivery shall be only English.
