   Commercial Consultancy Manager

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provides cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects in various different sectors. 
• Supervises the daily activities of a team of professionals. 
• Prepares contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses and assist formal execution by the appropriate parties. 
• Advises on administration of the terms of construction works or services contracts. 
• Measures and provides valuations of the work carried out and adjust variations in accordance with the terms of the contract and agree with the contractor. 
• Ensures adequate cost control and reporting services during the contract. 
• Prepares financial reports for the client in the form and at the frequency required. 
• Identifying all costs associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges. 

• Participates in the evaluation of claims for delay and additional costs made by the contractor and any nominated subcontractors/suppliers. 
• Advises on the issue of certificates of practical completion and ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed. 
• Advises on issue of certificate of making good defects and final completion in accordance with any requirements relating to completion, submissions and approvals. 
• Delivers improvements in systems and processes, driving transformational change. 
• Manages a team of professional roles (may include support roles), driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching. 
• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes. 
• Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Manages stakeholders. 
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. 

You’ll Need To Have

• A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent). 
• Proficient knowledge and expertise in specific sector/market of project/role. 
• Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s. 
• Experience in most forms of contract. 
• Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on Contract Administration and Contract Management. 

You’ll Also Have

• Understanding of present-day issues such as Sustainability, Social Value and Carbon Reduction. 
• Strong understanding of industry best practice. 
• Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).

   مدير الاستشارات التجارية

ستكون مسؤولاً عن

• يوفر خدمات إدارة التكلفة بدءًا من توقيع العقود ومنحها حتى استكمال المشاريع في مختلف القطاعات المختلفة. 
• يشرف على الأنشطة اليومية لفريق من المهنيين. 
• يقوم بإعداد وثائق العقد والضمانات والسندات والتراخيص والمساعدة في التنفيذ الرسمي من قبل الأطراف المناسبة. 
• تقديم المشورة بشأن إدارة شروط أعمال البناء أو عقود الخدمات. 
• - قياس وتقديم تقييمات للعمل المنجز وتعديل التغييرات وفقًا لشروط العقد والاتفاق مع المقاول. 
• يضمن خدمات مراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير الكافية أثناء العقد. 
• يقوم بإعداد التقارير المالية للعميل بالشكل وبالتكرار المطلوب. 
• تحديد جميع التكاليف المرتبطة بتغييرات التصميم ومنح العقود وأنشطة البناء ورسوم العملاء. 

• يشارك في تقييم المطالبات المتعلقة بالتأخير والتكاليف الإضافية التي يقدمها المقاول وأي مقاولين من الباطن / الموردين المعينين. 
• تقديم المشورة بشأن إصدار شهادات الإنجاز العملي والتأكد من التفاوض على الحسابات الختامية والاتفاق عليها. 
• تقديم المشورة بشأن إصدار شهادة تصنيع العيوب والإكمال النهائي وفقًا لأي متطلبات تتعلق بالإكمال والتقديمات والموافقات. 
• يقدم تحسينات في الأنظمة والعمليات، ويقود التغيير التحويلي. 
• يدير فريقًا من الأدوار المهنية (قد تشمل أدوار الدعم)، ويقود الأداء والنتائج، بينما يقدم إدارة الأداء والتطوير الفني والتدريب. 
• يبحث عن فرص للتحسينات المستمرة / تحسين عمليات العمل. 
• يطور علاقات عمل فعالة مع كل من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين. 
• يدير أصحاب المصلحة. 
• يعمل بشكل تعاوني لتحقيق الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي صفر من الكربون، ويتقاسم المسؤولية عن التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون المرتبطة بها وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.

• درجة علمية في مسح الكميات / إدارة التكاليف (أو ما يعادلها). 
• المعرفة والخبرة المهنية في قطاع/سوق محدد للمشروع/الدور. 
• المؤهلات / الشهادات الفنية ذات الصلة لمحفظة / ملفات المشروع. 
• الخبرة في معظم أشكال العقود. 
• المعرفة السليمة والقدرة على القيام وتقديم المشورة بشأن إدارة العقود وإدارة العقود.
