1-Protection Senior Engineer
JOB SCOPE:
- To ensure, the Oman Airports HV and MV utility distribution assets are operated and maintained safely and optimally.
- To set and maintain technical standards required to meet legislator and operational requirements of the HV and MV power distribution equipment at Muscat International Airport Site.
- Supervise the maintenance of protection equipment of an electric power distribution system to reduce interruption to service.
- Coordinate the repair, tests, and installation of equipment. Determine the suitable application to the protection system. He will direct computer analysis of system operating characteristics like the voltage, system stability, and load limitations.
- Update and maintain documentation about the backup and recovery of various environments. In addition, he will create software solutions to improve decision making and laboratory efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Electrical Power Systems
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Engineering Field
- Authorization as senior authorized person under the high voltage operating rules (excluding cable spiking).

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Establish, maintain, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the airport’s security programs, Facilitation Program and Quality Control Program in compliance with National Civil Aviation Security Programs(NCASPs) as well as other pertinent security regulations requirements for all airports.
- Maintain an effective liaison with other airports departments, relevant law enforcement authorities, commercial air transport operators providing service from the airports, and the managers / security managers of other airports tenants to support business security needs.
- Develop policies and procedures for the security of Oman Airports premises and tangible assets.
- Develop the security budget to ensure optimization of resources.
- Monitor departmental spend of actual vs. planned and report on any variances.
- Ensure airports inspections, audits, follow-up and investigations of all security related functions are conducted to ensure full compliance and report any deficiencies for corrective actions.

- Review plans for the construction improvements and enhancements ensuring specific details conform to the Oman Airports, Civil Aviation Authority & ROP security and safety regulations and requirements.

11-Security Technical Document Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support in Reviewing/ updating MCT Airport Documentation.
- Responsible of the coordination and managements of the airport security committees and to follow up and close actions related.
- Ensure the distribution of the security programmes and conduct awareness for airports of requirements and any amendments.
- Support in the process of coordination with the different team to assure review new regulations or amendments from regulator (CAA) in terms of aviation security and propose the needful updates for the airport security programs and the other corporate security programmes
- Review SOPs of all different security areas within the airport and other related facilities and update the line manager with any non- compliance cases.
- Support the coordination of meetings and discussions to review and amend programmes , with internal teams (airports) and with stakeholders (Airline, GH, ROP..).
- Support the line manager and the corporate team in reviewing all airline security manuals for all airlines operating to/ from different airports and make sure that all security procedures are in line with ASP, ASQCP, ASTP and AFALP.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Establish and monitor performance standards to ensure that actions are implemented in order to continuously improve services within the AFS.

- Establish and monitor processes and procedures to ensure a standardized methodology is implemented across all airport fire service units.
- Oversee maintenance and testing of emergency response procedures across all AFS units in accordance with Company policy and CAA regulations.
- Direct firefighting, rescue and salvage operations during all major incidents to provide timely remedial action.
- Establish standards and criteria to ensure the AFS always meets and / or exceeds compliance requirements.
- Establish strategic plans to ensure the AFS maintains direction and focus on being the best service provider in Oman.
- Plan and schedule periodic checks of all airport facilities for fire prevention and fire detection systems.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Troubleshoot system faults to carry out level 1 diagnosis of Airport systems, which include AGL & PAPI, PBBs, VDGS, PCA, GPU, BITs, VHT and Apron Flood Lighting.
- Perform daily inspections of the overall Airport systems and its idle components to ensure they remain functional.
- Prepare preventive planned maintenance (PPM) schedule as per SOP’s and manufacturers recommendations to ensure execution is done in a structured manner.

- Oversee, implement a quality control program and conduct oversight activities for all entities operating under the airport umbrella.

- Assist Senior Airfield Duty Officer on daily operational requirements and traffic management to ensure airfield operations are facilitated.
- Assist Senior Airfield Duty Officer to enforce airside rules to ensure all activities at the airfield is in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Check airside facilities and systems regularly to ensure functionality at all times
- Carry out marshaling services as and when required.
- Carry out “follow me” services as and when required to support on ground activities at the airfield.

5-فني أول نظام إدارة الطاقة
المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:
- دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التحكم والمراقبة والأتمتة في SCADA وشبكات النقل والتوزيع الكهربائية (LDC).
- كفاءة الأنظمة الكهربائية من الخدمة الكهربائية الأولية إلى توزيع الحمل النهائي.
- المعرفة في نظام التشغيل الآلي ABB SYS600 (المعرفة على مستوى المشغل).
- المعرفة والفهم لإنشاء محطة IEC 61850 (ملفات CID وICD) المتكاملة مع نظام PMS/SCADA.
- المعرفة في معماريات PMS ومخططات SLD.

6-مسؤول الخدمات الجوية وظيفتين شاغرتين
نطاق العمل:
- مسؤول الطيران المناوب مسؤول عن الإشراف على جميع جوانب عمليات المطار وإدارتها في شكل مركز عمليات مركزي أو في مبنى الركاب، ويكون مسؤولاً عن أداء واجبات التنسيق والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.

المسؤوليات:
- الدعم في مراجعة/تحديث وثائق المطار MCT.
- مسؤول عن تنسيق وإدارة لجان أمن المطارات ومتابعة وإغلاق الإجراءات المتعلقة بها.
- التأكد من توزيع البرامج الأمنية وإجراء التوعية للمطارات بالاشتراطات وأي تعديلات.
- الدعم في عملية التنسيق مع الفريق المختلف لضمان مراجعة اللوائح أو التعديلات الجديدة من الجهة التنظيمية (CAA) فيما يتعلق بأمن الطيران واقتراح التحديثات اللازمة لبرامج أمن المطارات وبرامج أمن الشركات الأخرى
- قم بمراجعة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لجميع المجالات الأمنية المختلفة داخل المطار والمرافق الأخرى ذات الصلة وقم بتحديث المدير المباشر بأي حالات عدم امتثال.
