Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Muscat.
- The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including but not limited to: negotiating leases and purchases, maintaining a client database, promoting properties, creating property listings, lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients.
- The successful candidate will work closely with other brokers, agents, and clients to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Brokerage and Real Estate expertise
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and potential clients
- Sales proficiency and experience serving as a liaison between buyers and sellers
- Real Property knowledge, including ability to analyze market trends and assess property values
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations
