1-Senior Associate – Investments (Mining)
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other relevant field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Preferable CFA, CMA, CPA, FMVA, FRM
- 8 to 10 years of related experience Preference will be given to candidates with sector expertise in Mining
- Hands on sector regulatory framework with experience in Investment banking/ private equity/ project finance
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic is advantageous

2-Manager – Investments (Service)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the Services’ strategy as cascaded down from the Services & Industrial departmental’ s strategy and oversee its implementation and its operations, to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing entities’ strategies across OIA.
- Manage the Services’ team of direct and indirect reports through effective recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning, in order to maximize team performance and achieve Services’ objectives.
- Manage the Services’ daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets.

- Identify of new potential business opportunities in Diversified Private Equity Investments and evaluate them against the business strategy from a strategic, commercial, financial, operational and technical perspective to enable an informed decision-making process with the concerned stakeholders.
