Pediatrics ICU Nurse ( PICU Nurse )- Nursing Management (In-charge )
- BSc in Nursing + Post Graduate Diploma in PICU Nursing + > 5 years’ experience in the area of specialty.
- BSc in Nursing + > 5 years’ experience in the area of specialty.
- Valid BLS + PALS
- Valid Data Flow
Experience Post Qualifications:
15 years’ experience in PICU Nurse .
Holding Leadership & Management Qualification in Nursing not less than 5 years experience in Nursing Management .
Job & Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans.
- Monitors patient’s vital signs and initiates corrective action whenever the patient displays adverse symptoms.
- Prepares, administers and records prescribed medications; and reports adverse reactions to medications.
- Assists with the insertion or discontinuation of CV catheters, arterial lines, epidural catheters and endotracheal tubes.
- Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, such as ventilators, ECG, ABG and analyses lab result.
- Involves in education and teaching of patients and caregivers.

الخبرات ما بعد المؤهلات:
15 عاما من الخبرة في ممرضة PICU.
حاصل على مؤهلات قيادية وإدارية في التمريض وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة التمريض.
الوظيفة والواجبات / المسؤوليات :
- تقييم وتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم خطط رعاية المرضى.
- يراقب العلامات الحيوية للمريض ويبدأ الإجراءات التصحيحية عندما يظهر المريض أعراضًا سلبية.
- إعداد وإدارة وتسجيل الأدوية الموصوفة؛ ويبلغ عن ردود الفعل السلبية على الأدوية.
- يساعد في إدخال أو إيقاف قثاطير السيرة الذاتية، وخطوط الشرايين، والقسطرة فوق الجافية، وأنابيب القصبة الهوائية.
- مراقبة وضبط الأجهزة المتخصصة المستخدمة للمرضى، مثل أجهزة التنفس الصناعي، وتخطيط القلب، وABG، وتحليل نتائج المختبر.
- يشارك في تعليم وتعليم المرضى ومقدمي الرعاية.
