Nurse
Education/Qualifications:
- Bsc Nursing and Post graduate diploma in Operating Room nursing.
- Diploma in General Nursing and specialized diploma in Operating Room Nursing.
- Bsc Nursing with at least 5 years of experience in Operating room.
- Diploma in General Nursing with at least 5 years of experience in Operating Room.
- Hold BLS certificate.
Experience Post-Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in OT Nurse.
- Holding Leadership & Management qualification in Nursing.
- Not less than 5 years' experience in Nursing Management.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess patients prior to surgery and alleviate their concerns.
- Position and prepare patient on operating table.
- Monitor patient’s vital signs to detect anomalies.
- Adhere to safety standards and precautions.
- Provide efficient and effective perioperative nursing care to patient.
- Assist with patient care in recovery room, procedure room and operating room.
- Execute proper use, care and handling of surgical equipment to ensure safety of operating staff and patient.
- Assume responsibility of keeping the operating room sterilized.
- Assist in ordering, storing and maintaining surgical equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining surgical instruments and their sterilization.
- Assisting surgeons during surgery.
- Preparing the operating rooms for surgery.
- Supervise and get involved in training junior nurses.
- On-call as per regulations of the department.
- Adheres to policies, guidelines, plans and programs of MCMSS.
- Performs all duties assigned to his designation.
- Performs all relevant interventions related to his/her field of specialization.
- Completes and maintains her/ his set of clinical privileges.
- Performs other duties as assigned/directed by the chairperson / head of the department

ممرضة
التعليم / المؤهلات:
- بكالوريوس التمريض ودبلوم الدراسات العليا في تمريض غرفة العمليات.
- دبلوم التمريض العام والدبلوم التخصصي في تمريض غرف العمليات.
- بكالوريوس تمريض مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في غرفة العمليات.
- دبلوم في التمريض العام مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في غرفة العمليات.
- حاصل على شهادة BLS.
الخبرة بعد المؤهلات:
- 15 عاما من الخبرة في ممرضة OT.
- حاصل على مؤهل القيادة والإدارة في التمريض.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة التمريض.
الواجبات / المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- تقييم المرضى قبل الجراحة والتخفيف من مخاوفهم.
- موقف وإعداد المريض على طاولة العمليات.
- مراقبة العلامات الحيوية للمريض للكشف عن الحالات الشاذة.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والاحتياطات.
- توفير رعاية تمريضية فعالة وفعالة في الفترة المحيطة بالجراحة للمريض.
- المساعدة في رعاية المرضى في غرفة الإنعاش وغرفة العمليات وغرفة العمليات.
- - تنفيذ الاستخدام السليم والعناية والتعامل مع المعدات الجراحية لضمان سلامة طاقم التشغيل والمريض.
- تحمل مسؤولية الحفاظ على تعقيم غرفة العمليات.
- المساعدة في طلب وتخزين وصيانة المعدات واللوازم الجراحية.
- - صيانة الأدوات الجراحية وتعقيمها.
- مساعدة الجراحين أثناء الجراحة.
- تجهيز غرف العمليات للعمليات الجراحية.
- الإشراف والمشاركة في تدريب الممرضات المبتدئات.
- تحت الطلب حسب لوائح القسم.
- يلتزم بالسياسات والمبادئ التوجيهية والخطط والبرامج الخاصة بـ MCMSS.
- يؤدي كافة الواجبات الموكلة إليه.
- يقوم بجميع التدخلات ذات الصلة المتعلقة بمجال تخصصه.
- يكمل ويحافظ على مجموعة الامتيازات السريرية الخاصة به.
- يؤدي واجبات أخرى حسب تعيينه / توجيهه من قبل رئيس / رئيس القسم
