Generator Winder Specialist
How You Will Make an Impact
Performs technically demanding work on-site in a specialized area of Field Service for Generators. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is more difficult and complex.
- Performs complex, specialized tasks on turbine and/or generator equipment during new installation, overhaul, repair, or modification projects in accordance with Siemens work procedures.
- Completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
- Performing Enwinding Enhancement
- Performing Tangential block installation.
- Performing Outer Corona Protection (OCP) / End Corona Protection (ECP) repair.
- Performing Stator wedge replacement.
- Performing Insulations repair after voltage drop test.
- Performing Fine Tuning of the enwinding overhang.
- Experience in Generator stator rewind
- Experience of workshop or site re-wedging
- Know how to perform cooper bar brazing.
- Experienced in Retaining ring removal & installation.
- Performing Enwinding insulation replacement.
- Experience in J-strap replacement.
- Performing Axial Zone Block replacement and gas baffle repair or replacement.
- Performing Pole Cross Over (PCO) replacement.
- Performing Slipring replacement.
What You Bring
- Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in Field Service
- Knowledgeable in Electrical testing and Experience of mechanical activities disassembly / Reassembly of Generator is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken. Experience in multicultural teams required.
- Experience in Generator stator & rotor rewinding in workshop or site work is a big advantage.
- Willingness to work abroad and do shift work.
- Frequent travelling required.
- Vocational School / Technical Collage/University in Electrical Degree
- Result driven, Initiative, Team Player & self-motivated.

ينفذ أعمالًا تتطلب جهدًا فنيًا في الموقع في منطقة متخصصة من الخدمة الميدانية للمولدات. يحدد المشكلات بشكل فعال عند حدوثها ويتخذ الخطوات المناسبة لحلها في المواقف التي تكون فيها المشكلة أكثر صعوبة وتعقيدًا.
- يؤدي مهام معقدة ومتخصصة على معدات التوربينات و/أو المولدات أثناء مشاريع التثبيت الجديدة أو الإصلاح الشامل أو الإصلاح أو التعديل وفقًا لإجراءات عمل شركة Siemens.
- يكمل المستندات الخاصة بجميع عمليات التركيب والتفتيش وأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والأعطال.
- أداء تعزيز اللف
- تنفيذ تركيب كتلة عرضية.
- إجراء إصلاح الحماية الخارجية من كورونا (OCP) / إصلاح الحماية النهائية من كورونا (ECP).
- إجراء استبدال إسفين الجزء الثابت.
- إجراء إصلاح العوازل بعد اختبار انخفاض الجهد.
- إجراء الضبط الدقيق لمتراكمة اللف.
- خبرة في ترجيع الجزء الثابت للمولد
- خبرة في ورشة العمل أو إعادة تركيب الموقع
- تعرف على كيفية إجراء عملية لحام قضبان النحاس.
- من ذوي الخبرة في الاحتفاظ بإزالة وتركيب الحلقات.
- إجراء استبدال عزل اللف.
- خبرة في استبدال حزام J.
- إجراء استبدال كتلة المنطقة المحورية وإصلاح أو استبدال حاجز الغاز.
- إجراء استبدال القطب المتقاطع (PCO).
- إجراء استبدال Slipring.
ما تحضره
- من الناحية المثالية خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الخدمة الميدانية
- المعرفة في الاختبارات الكهربائية وخبرة الأنشطة الميكانيكية في التفكيك / إعادة تجميع المولد هي ميزة.
- معرفة متقدمة باللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثا. مطلوب خبرة في فرق متعددة الثقافات.
- تعد الخبرة في إعادة لف الجزء الثابت للمولد والدوار في ورشة العمل أو العمل في الموقع ميزة كبيرة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الخارج والقيام بأعمال التحول.
- السفر المتكرر مطلوب.
- المدرسة المهنية / الكلية التقنية / الجامعة في درجة الكهربائية
- تعتمد على النتائج، والمبادرة، ولاعب الفريق، والتحفيز الذاتي.
