Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Office Administrator. As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, performing clerical duties, and ensuring good customer service. The candidate will be required to work at MMC's location in Muscat, Oman.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
- Clerical skills, including record-keeping and scheduling appointments
- Good customer service skills to ensure the best experience for MMC's clients
