Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma

2-1st Level Operation RAN Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Event Management, Monitor Ericsson network alarms and performance KPI’s on 24x7 basis and using MSDP umbrella fault management systems and specific NMSs.
- Dispatch field engineers and contractors, in case of incidents that need local support and follow up the issue until it is solved.
- Create and update/manage trouble tickets via E/// MSDP umbrella.
- Perform Escalation and Notification for all S1, S2, and S3 cases to keep management and other business units informed during system outages and disturbances.
- Perform 1st Level Troubleshooting: Perform initial analysis to identify issues follow by restoration if possible, and if not rectified, it should by escalated/reported to BO team.
- Support field maintenance troubleshooting activities (CR/MOPs) and perform post/pre health checks on NW elements under CR/MOP implementation.
- 1st Level Preventative Maintenance; Perform periodical network backups and HCs
- Change Management; Work Order/Change Request Handing and tracking during implementation.
- Reporting; tracking and registering daily cases with resolution status and solid RCA. Also, Open and track trouble tickets for RAN issues based on technical analysis.
- Ensuring timely creation of Trouble Tickets and ensuring that escalations are done as per escalation matrix.

2-مهندس تشغيل RAN من المستوى الأول
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة الأحداث ومراقبة إنذارات شبكة Ericsson ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع واستخدام أنظمة إدارة الأخطاء الشاملة MSDP وأنظمة NMS محددة.
- إرسال المهندسين الميدانيين والمقاولين في حالة وقوع حوادث تحتاج إلى دعم محلي ومتابعة المشكلة حتى يتم حلها.
- إنشاء وتحديث/إدارة تذاكر المشاكل عبر مظلة E/// MSDP.
- قم بإجراء التصعيد والإخطار لجميع حالات S1 وS2 وS3 لإبقاء الإدارة ووحدات الأعمال الأخرى على اطلاع أثناء انقطاع النظام واضطراباته.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها على المستوى الأول: قم بإجراء التحليل الأولي لتحديد المشكلات التي تتبعها الاستعادة إن أمكن، وإذا لم يتم تصحيحها، فيجب تصعيدها/الإبلاغ عنها إلى فريق BO.
- دعم أنشطة استكشاف أخطاء الصيانة الميدانية وإصلاحها (CR/MOPs) وإجراء فحوصات صحية ما بعد/ما قبل على عناصر NW ضمن تنفيذ CR/MOP.
- الصيانة الوقائية من المستوى الأول؛ إجراء نسخ احتياطية دورية للشبكة وHCs
- إدارة التغيير؛ تسليم أمر العمل/طلب التغيير وتتبعه أثناء التنفيذ.
- إعداد التقارير؛ تتبع وتسجيل الحالات اليومية مع حالة الحل وRCA الصلبة. قم أيضًا بفتح وتتبع تذاكر المشاكل لمشكلات RAN بناءً على التحليل الفني.
- ضمان إنشاء تذاكر المشاكل في الوقت المناسب والتأكد من إجراء عمليات التصعيد وفقًا لمصفوفة التصعيد.
- تسليم تقارير أخطاء وانقطاع الشبكة مع التحليل المناسب ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها.

3-مهندس العمليات الآلية MS
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في خدمات إدارة الاتصالات
- فهم مفهوم SLA (اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة).
- فهم جيد لشبكات الاتصالات.
- القدرة على الرد بسرعة، وكذلك مهارات تواصل وتعاون جيدة جدًا.

- معرفة ممتازة بالعمليات الميدانية وإجراءات الصيانة. خبرة عملية مع BTS وNode-B وe-Node B وMobile Core وNGN ومعدات الإرسال (MW/SDH/PDH/HDSL/PMP/IP-MPLS) • معرفة جيدة بعنصر شبكة RAN في Ericsson وHuawei و نسن.
