Field Application and Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
Field Application & Clinical Specialist.
Country: Muscat, Oman.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic Application Clinical Specialist who will support Cepheid Business achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand & utilize the application & clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology & products.
To develop pre- and post- sales strategies to support new launched products & boost Cepheid Assays’ consumption with new and existing customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains education and training activities for Laboratory , clinicians, infection control team, nurses, pharmacists and other supporting clinical staff on the clinical impact of Cepheid products & results.
Establishes strong network with clinicians, HODs (e.g. ICU, Infection Control, ID , ED , OB/GYN , Oncology ) and develop advocates among key opinion leaders & influencers in healthcare institutions.
Maintains Cepheid Customers’ database updated, works on support existing and expanding future database.
Creates business opportunities with new and existing customers, creating qualified business leads.
Supports Cepheid products’ launch in the field, trade shows/conferences.
Supports Laboratory Departments in implementing Cepheid technology in their facilities.
Conducts Cepheid technology demonstration, products evaluation, troubleshooting and application requirements in relation to the products performance.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or similar field scientifically trained) or Clinical Pharmacist, or Physician.
+5 years’ experience in healthcare market knowledge.
Knowledge and skills:
Basic: Strong knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
Plus: Oncology knowledge.
Plus: Oman market experience
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.
Clinical & Lab experience is a plus.
English & Arabic Fluency.

ملخص الموقف:نحن نبحث عن أخصائي سريري للتطبيقات الديناميكية الذي سيدعم Cepheid Business في تحقيق الأهداف التجارية ومساعدة عملاء Cepheid على الفهم الكامل والاستفادة من التطبيق والفوائد السريرية / تأثير تكنولوجيا ومنتجات Cepheid.لتطوير استراتيجيات ما قبل وما بعد البيع لدعم المنتجات الجديدة التي تم إطلاقها وتعزيز استهلاك فحوصات Cepheid مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
مسؤوليات الوظيفة الأساسية:
يحافظ على أنشطة التعليم والتدريب للمختبر والأطباء وفريق مكافحة العدوى والممرضات والصيادلة وغيرهم من الموظفين السريريين الداعمين على التأثير السريري لمنتجات ونتائج Cepheid.ينشئ شبكة قوية مع الأطباء ورؤساء الأقسام (مثل وحدة العناية المركزة ومكافحة العدوى وID وED وOB/GYN وعلم الأورام) وتطوير الدعاة بين قادة الرأي الرئيسيين والمؤثرين في مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية.يحافظ على تحديث قاعدة بيانات عملاء Cepheid، ويعمل على دعم قاعدة البيانات الحالية وتوسيعها في المستقبل.يخلق فرص عمل مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين، ويخلق عملاء محتملين مؤهلين.يدعم إطلاق منتجات Cepheid في الميدان والمعارض التجارية/المؤتمرات.يدعم أقسام المختبرات في تطبيق تقنية Cepheid في مرافقها.إجراء عرض توضيحي لتقنية Cepheid وتقييم المنتجات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومتطلبات التطبيق فيما يتعلق بأداء المنتجات.
التعليم و الخبرة:
درجة البكالوريوس (أو مجال مماثل تم تدريبه علميًا) أو صيدلي سريري أو طبيب. +5 سنوات من الخبرة في معرفة سوق الرعاية الصحية.
المعرفة والمهارات:
الأساسية: معرفة قوية في علم الأحياء الدقيقة والبيولوجيا الجزيئية والأمراض المعدية.بالإضافة إلى: معرفة الأورام.بالإضافة إلى: تجربة سوق عمان
