Job Overview

Executive Director - Projects Development

Job Summary:

• Lead the Project Development efforts for National Energy Projects.

Manage the Project Development performance evaluation against KPIs.

Oversee Projects development activities inline with Business goals.

Provides integrated direction, management, and leadership in the technical, operation, administrative and business planning, budgeting, and automation efforts of a portfolio of major projects impacting multiple, strategic core functions and components across the NEC and/or NEC subsidiaries and associates.

Education and certifications:

MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related topic is must.

Experience:

11+ years of relevant experience in a leading role.

Experience in Electrical/Mechanical.

Experience in the utility sector is preferred.

Experience in Middle East and Africa is an advantage.

ملخص العمل:

• قيادة جهود تطوير المشروع لمشاريع الطاقة الوطنية.

إدارة تقييم أداء تطوير المشروع مقابل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

الإشراف على أنشطة تطوير المشاريع بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل.

يوفر التوجيه والإدارة والقيادة المتكاملة في الجهود الفنية والتشغيلية والإدارية والتخطيط التجاري وإعداد الميزانية والأتمتة لمجموعة من المشاريع الكبرى التي تؤثر على الوظائف والمكونات الأساسية الإستراتيجية المتعددة عبر NEC و / أو الشركات التابعة والزميلة لشركة NEC.

التعليم والشهادات:

يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.

يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي موضوع ذي صلة.

خبرة:

أكثر من 11 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دور قيادي.

خبرة في مجال الكهرباء/الميكانيكا.

يفضل الخبرة في قطاع المرافق.

الخبرة في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا تعتبر ميزة.
