The MEP Lead will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across the project while ensuring execution quality, project timelines, and coordination between all engineering teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات
- Lead all MEP execution activities across the project.
- Ensure project delivery within time, quality, and budget targets.
- Coordinate with design teams regarding drawings and modifications.
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Maintain smooth communication between engineering and construction teams.
- قيادة جميع أعمال تنفيذ أنظمة الـ MEP بالمشروع.
- ضمان تنفيذ المشروع ضمن الوقت والجودة والميزانية المحددة.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم بخصوص المخططات والتعديلات.
- إدارة المقاولين الفرعيين والاستشاريين والموردين.
- الإشراف على الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.
- متابعة أنظمة التكييف والكهرباء والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق وELV وBMS.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين الفرق الهندسية والتنفيذية.
Required Qualifications المؤهلات المطلوبة
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong Design & Build (D&B) experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- GCC or Oman experience is preferred.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مشاريع الإنشاءات الكبرى.
- خبرة قوية في التصميم والتنفيذ (D&B).
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف والكهرباء والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق.
- خبرة في الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في الخليج أو سلطنة عمان.
