Substation Electrical Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision of substation electrical works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify contractor performance and compliance with drawings and approved methods.
- Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.
Marine Cable Engineer – Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering review for HV/MV submarine cable systems (design, routing, joints & terminations).
- Support marine cable installation (offshore cable lay, burial, landfall pull-in, HDD interface).
- Coordinate with stakeholders including Client – OETC, EPC Contractor, Marine Contractors, Statutory Bodies & 3rd Parties.
- Perform quality control and site supervision for cable handling, jointing, termination, and route preparation.
Protection Engineer
Department: Transmission & Distribution
Key Responsibilities
- Design review of CTs & VTs requirements as per SLD and sizing calculations.
- Design review of PMD (Protection & Metering Diagram) and BLD (Block Logic Diagram) according to OETC standards.
- Review relay lists, perform relay setting calculations, and coordinate with CRP builders and OETC protection staff for approvals and testing.
- Represent OETC and witness protection testing activities to ensure compliance with standards and safe operation.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مساعدة المهندس المقيم في الإشراف اليومي على الأعمال الكهربائية في المحطة الفرعية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع للتحقق من أداء المقاول ومدى التزامه بالرسومات والأساليب المعتمدة.
- التواصل مع جميع التخصصات الفنية وحضور اجتماعات التنسيق الفني للموقع.
مهندس كابلات بحرية - كهرباء
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إجراء مراجعة هندسية كهربائية لأنظمة كابلات الغواصات ذات الجهد العالي/المتوسط (التصميم، والتوجيه، والوصلات، والنهايات).
- دعم تركيب الكابلات البحرية (مد الكابلات البحرية، والدفن، والسحب إلى البر، وواجهة القرص الصلب).
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك العميل – OETC، ومقاول EPC، ومقاولي الأعمال البحرية، والهيئات القانونية، والأطراف الثالثة.
- القيام بمراقبة الجودة والإشراف على الموقع فيما يتعلق بمعالجة الكابلات، والوصلات، والإنهاء، وإعداد المسار.
مهندس حماية
القسم: النقل والتوزيع
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مراجعة تصميم متطلبات محولات التيار ومحولات الجهد وفقًا لخط التصميم الأحادي وحسابات الحجم.
- مراجعة تصميم مخطط الحماية والقياس (PMD) ومخطط منطق الكتلة (BLD) وفقًا لمعايير OETC.
- مراجعة قوائم المرحلات، وإجراء حسابات ضبط المرحلات، والتنسيق مع بناة برنامج CRP وموظفي الحماية في OETC للحصول على الموافقات والاختبارات.
- تمثيل أنشطة اختبار برنامج التدريب على القيادة الخارجية وحماية الشهود لضمان الامتثال للمعايير والتشغيل الآمن.
