POINT B Services Engineering Technology SPC (POINT B) is offering an internship opportunity within the Design & Engineering Department. The internship is for a duration of six (6) months, including a one (1) month probation period. This program is designed for graduates with prior internship experience who are eager to grow in architectural design, construction supervision, and engineering consultancy.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings and design concepts. Support site supervision and monitor construction progress. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design compliance. Assist in obtaining approvals from municipalities and housing authorities. Prepare project documentation and support submission processes. Communicate with clients to understand requirements. Participate in project meetings and coordination activities. Support business development by identifying opportunities. Conduct site visits across Muscat and other regions in Oman when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Previous internship experience in architectural design or engineering consultancy is required. Basic experience in construction supervision and site work. Familiarity with municipality and housing approval procedures in Oman. Must be registered or approved by the Oman Society of Engineers (OSE). Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is an advantage. Organized, motivated, and professional attitude with willingness to travel within Oman.

المسؤوليات
المساعدة في إعداد الرسومات المعمارية ومفاهيم التصميم. دعم الإشراف على الموقع ومتابعة سير أعمال البناء. التنسيق مع الفرق الهندسية لضمان مطابقة التصميم للمعايير. المساعدة في الحصول على الموافقات من البلديات وهيئات الإسكان. إعداد وثائق المشروع ودعم عمليات التقديم. التواصل مع العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم. المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وأنشطة التنسيق. دعم تطوير الأعمال من خلال تحديد الفرص. إجراء زيارات ميدانية في مسقط ومناطق أخرى في سلطنة عمان عند الحاجة.
متطلبات
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة الإنشائية. يُشترط خبرة سابقة في التدريب العملي في مجال التصميم المعماري أو الاستشارات الهندسية. خبرة أساسية في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وأعمال الموقع. إلمام بإجراءات الموافقات البلدية والإسكانية في سلطنة عُمان. يجب أن يكون المتقدم مسجلاً أو معتمداً لدى جمعية المهندسين العُمانية. مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. إتقان برامج AutoCAD وSketchUp وRevit ميزة إضافية. شخص منظم، متحمس، ومهني، ولديه استعداد للسفر داخل سلطنة عُمان.
