GSD – Qurm Stone Development LLC (ماسة القرم للتنمية ش م م) is hiring multiple professionals for its expanding civil and excavation projects in Oman. The company is seeking skilled candidates across blasting operations, site engineering, and project management to support large-scale construction activities with strong focus on safety, quality, and performance.

Blasting Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, mandatory OSE certification, minimum 10 years experience in blasting operations, strong knowledge of explosives, blast design software, safety regulations, and GCC/Oman experience preferred with valid driving license advantage.

Foreman

 Technical diploma or equivalent with experience in drilling and blasting operations, ability to supervise crews, manage explosives handling, ensure safety compliance, and report site progress effectively with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Project Manager

5–10 years experience in civil construction or excavation, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, strong project planning, budgeting, leadership, and software proficiency required with ability to manage multiple projects.

Site Engineer

 0–1 year experience in civil engineering, Bachelor’s degree required, strong knowledge of construction methods, AutoCAD, MS Office, safety regulations, and ability to supervise site activities and coordinate teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Roles include supervising construction and blasting operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating teams and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.

تعلن شركة القرم لتطوير الأحجار (GSD – Qurm Stone Development LLC) عن توفر وظائف لعدد من المتخصصين في مشاريعها المدنية والحفرية المتنامية في سلطنة عُمان. وتسعى الشركة إلى استقطاب مرشحين ذوي مهارات عالية في مجالات عمليات التفجير، والهندسة الميدانية، وإدارة المشاريع، وذلك لدعم أنشطة البناء واسعة النطاق مع التركيز التام على السلامة والجودة والأداء.

مهندس تفجير

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة، شهادة OSE إلزامية، خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات التفجير، معرفة قوية بالمتفجرات، وبرامج تصميم التفجير، ولوائح السلامة، ويفضل الخبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي/سلطنة عمان، مع أفضلية رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

مشرف

 شهادة فنية أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة في عمليات الحفر والتفجير، والقدرة على الإشراف على الطواقم، وإدارة التعامل مع المتفجرات، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة، والإبلاغ عن تقدم الموقع بشكل فعال مع مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والتواصل.

مدير مشروع

خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الإنشاءات المدنية أو الحفريات، درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات، مهارات قوية في تخطيط المشاريع، وإعداد الميزانيات، والقيادة، وإتقان البرامج الحاسوبية مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة.

مهندس موقع

 خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في الهندسة المدنية، شهادة بكالوريوس مطلوبة، معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء، AutoCAD، MS Office، لوائح السلامة، والقدرة على الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع وتنسيق الفرق بشكل فعال.

المسؤوليات

تشمل الأدوار الإشراف على عمليات البناء والتفجير، وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والبيئة، وإدارة جداول وميزانيات المشاريع، وتنسيق الفرق والمقاولين من الباطن، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش على المواقع، والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع والتقارير بدقة.
