Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food sector is required, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams in a similar position. Strong understanding of laboratory services, food industry operations, and business development practices is essential.

Responsibilities

The role includes overseeing operations within the Sohar Laboratory, supporting testing and certification processes, developing business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring high service standards. تعلن شركة أطياب للخدمات الدولية (AIS)، التابعة لمجموعة مطاحن الطحين العمانية وأول هيئة تقييم مطابقة دولية في سلطنة عمان، عن توفر وظيفة مشرف عمليات وتطوير أعمال لمختبرها في صحار. يشمل دور المشرف دعم عمليات المختبر في خدمات الاختبار والتفتيش والاعتماد، بالإضافة إلى قيادة أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وتعزيز علاقات العملاء.

متطلبات

يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين شهادة بكالوريوس، ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو علوم الأغذية أو الهندسة الكيميائية. يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في قطاع الأغذية، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب قيادي لإدارة فرق عمل في وظيفة مماثلة. كما يُعدّ الإلمام التام بخدمات المختبرات وعمليات صناعة الأغذية وممارسات تطوير الأعمال أمراً أساسياً.

المسؤوليات

يشمل هذا الدور الإشراف على العمليات داخل مختبر صحار، ودعم عمليات الاختبار والاعتماد، وتطوير فرص الأعمال، وإدارة حسابات العملاء، وضمان أعلى معايير الخدمة. كما سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن قيادة الفريق، والتنسيق التشغيلي، والمساهمة في النمو الاستراتيجي لخدمات المختبر.
