SAH is currently hiring for a Senior BIM Coordinator (ACS & MEP) to join the project team for the SAYYID TARIK BIN TAIMUR CULTURAL COMPLEX. This role focuses on advanced Building Information Modeling coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within a high-profile development project.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required. Minimum 8+ years of BIM experience in ACS or MEP disciplines. Strong expertise in advanced Revit modeling with LOD 400 validation experience. Solid knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model review processes. Ability to identify constructability issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Proven experience working with contractors, design consultants, and site teams.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Manage model integration and ensure accuracy of BIM deliverables. Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues. Review models for constructability and compliance with project standards. Coordinate with design, contractor, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

تعلن شركة SAH حاليًا عن توفر وظيفة منسق أول لنمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) (الهندسة المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية) للانضمام إلى فريق مشروع مجمع السيد طارق بن تيمور الثقافي. يركز هذا الدور على التنسيق المتقدم لنمذجة معلومات المباني عبر التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية ضمن مشروع تطويري مرموق.

متطلبات

يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو أي مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) في تخصصات أنظمة التحكم الآلي (ACS) أو الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية (MEP). خبرة واسعة في نمذجة Revit المتقدمة مع خبرة في التحقق من صحة مستوى التفاصيل (LOD) 400. إلمام تام ببرنامجي Navisworks وAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). خبرة في اكتشاف التداخلات، والتنسيق، وعمليات مراجعة النماذج. القدرة على تحديد مشكلات قابلية التنفيذ وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية. خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع المقاولين، والاستشاريين في التصميم، وفرق العمل الميدانية.

المسؤوليات

قيادة تنسيق نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) بين فرق متعددة التخصصات. إدارة تكامل النماذج وضمان دقة مخرجات BIM. إجراء عمليات الكشف عن التداخلات وحل مشكلات التنسيق. مراجعة النماذج للتأكد من قابليتها للتنفيذ ومطابقتها لمعايير المشروع. التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والمقاول والموقع لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
