Job Title: Production Engineer

Location: Oman - Al Batina - Barka

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

- Implement and optimize operational procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce

downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

- Keep detailed records of equipment and process performance.

Qualifications:

- Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any other engineering-related subject.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Operator role in Oil and Gas,

Manufacturing, Waste Treatment, or related industries.

- Maximum 7 years of experience in an Operator role.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage priorities.

المهام الأساسية:

– مراقبة وصيانة المعدات لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات التشغيلية في الوقت المناسب.

– تنفيذ وتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية. - التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتحسين العمليات وتقليلها

التوقف.

- التأكد من الالتزام بأنظمة السلامة والبيئة.

- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية ومهام الصيانة.

– الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة للمعدات وأداء العمليات.

مؤهلات:

- الدبلوم الفني في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أي موضوع آخر متعلق بالهندسة.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور مشغل في مجال النفط والغاز.

التصنيع أو معالجة النفايات أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.

- الحد الأقصى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في دور المشغل.

المهارات والكفاءات:

- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.

- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.

- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة.

- القدرة على التكيف مع المواقف المتغيرة وإدارة الأولويات.
