Participate in the 3D Model review sessions with the Client /project teams Assist in the preparation of the requisition and technical bid evaluation of quotations for bulk material. Recommend manpower and personnel assignments for the execution of design activities within budgeted project man-hours. Issue engineering drawings and layouts for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDCs) coordinate with other engineering discipline in the integration of technical data inputs. الإشراف على فريق من المهندسين في تنفيذ أنشطة التصميم والتشييد لمباني RCC وأعمال الفولاذ الإنشائية بما يتوافق مع مواصفات المناقصة وضمن ساعات العمل المدرجة في الميزانية والجدول الزمني للمشروع.دعم أنشطة العمل المبكرة فيما يتعلق بالمسح وإعداد الموقع.ينسق الواجهات بين الفريق الهندسي وفريق إدارة المشروع بالموقع.يراقب التقدم المحرز في الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء، ويعالج أوجه القصور، ويساعد في تطوير خطط التعافي عند الاقتضاء ويضمن تنفيذ الخطط. يقدم التغذية الراجعة لفريق مراقبة المشروع.يحضر اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم المحرز في المشروع ويضمن تجميع التقارير المرتبطة بها وتوزيعها وفقًا لذلك.يضمن معالجة مشكلات الواجهة بين التخصصات ويسعى للحصول على المشورة والمساعدة الإدارية عند الاقتضاء.قادر على صياغة قرارات للقضايا الصعبة تقنيًا و/أو البارزة بدعم من موظفي الهندسة/المشروع وحلها مع إدارة المشروع والعميل.زيارات منتظمة للموقع لدعم أنشطة بناء الموقع حسب الحاجة- إجراء مراقبة الجودة الشاملة للعمل المعين (الميزانية والجدول الزمني والخطط وأداء الموظفين) وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن حالة المشروع.التعاون والتواصل بشكل فعال مع مدير المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع لتقديم المساعدة والدعم الفني.
