Job Purpose:

Lead the Planning Team for strategic planning tasks, aligning operational improvements with growth and profitability strategies. You will analyze and organize information to support the achievement of Upstream’s vision and strategy, ensuring the optimization of operational activities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop economically viable engineering methods and oversee development stages.
Collect and analyze data for performance information across departments.
Develop strategic plans and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with partners and government, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare long-term plans, including capex/opex evaluations.
Assess ongoing projects and provide recommendations.
Monitor industry best practices and market trends.
Lead and report on planning, contributing to cost efficiency and safety.

Principal Geologist

Job Purpose:

Provide robust technical support in geology for the development of Bisat geo-science learnings, applying advanced knowledge for subsurface descriptions and geological modeling.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead geological analysis for development projects.
Formulate subsurface realizations and field development recommendations.
Integrate geological data and ensure it meets production goals.
Lead specialist studies in sedimentology, diagenetics, and hydrocarbon fingerprinting.
Mentor and coach geologists to improve skills and contribute to the team.

Field Production Engineer

Job Purpose:

Provide technical expertise in production engineering to support subsurface development in oil and gas fields, ensuring effective well design, completion, and production management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with field teams on production and injection activities.
Monitor and optimize well performance.
Coordinate well intervention activities and manage risks.
Provide technical guidance on production engineering practices.

Manager, Subsurface Data Management

Job Purpose:

Manage data for subsurface operations, ensuring high standards in data quality, accessibility, and connectivity, supporting operational and strategic goals.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance of subsurface databases.
Collaborate with vendors to manage well, log, and reservoir data.
Ensure alignment with data standards and best practices.
Lead the development of upstream technical data strategies.

Vice President Integrated Digital Solutions

Job Purpose:
