IT Support Administrator Retail Industry, Muscat - Oman
- • One of our esteemed client in Retail Industry is hiring for the position of IT support administrator which is open only for Omani nationality.
- • An ideal candidate should have a minimum 3+ years post qualification
- experience Preferably in Retail IT industry.
- • Excellent IT customer support skills.
- • Good knowledge of Hardware, applications and network support.
- • Ability to handle tasks independently without supervision. • Should have excellent technical skills and willing to work in shift basis 24*7.
- • Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting the user requirements.

- • أحد عملائنا الكرام في صناعة البيع بالتجزئة يقوم بالتوظيف لمنصب مدير دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وهو مفتوح فقط للجنسية العمانية.
- • يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي ما لا يقل عن 3+ سنوات بعد المؤهل
- يفضل أن تكون الخبرة في صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالتجزئة.
- • مهارات دعم العملاء تكنولوجيا المعلومات ممتازة.
- • معرفة جيدة بالأجهزة والتطبيقات ودعم الشبكة.
- • القدرة على التعامل مع المهام بشكل مستقل دون إشراف. • ينبغي أن يكون لديك مهارات تقنية ممتازة وعلى استعداد للعمل على أساس التحول 24 * 7.
- • خبرة في جمع وتحليل وتوثيق متطلبات المستخدم.
