Legal Counsel
Summary of Responsibilities
Support The Zubair Corporation and its business units in accomplishing their strategic objectives by providing timely, accurate and commercially focused legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. Identify, manage, and clearly communicate legal and commercial risks. Take instructions from stakeholders and translate them into appropriate action.
Communicate with and manage third parties (such as external counsel).
Perform legal research to stay up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules, and regulations that affect The Zubair Corporation businesses.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Law. Certified/Qualified lawyer. 3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

المهام الأساسية
صياغة ومراجعة والتفاوض بشأن العقود التجارية. تحديد المخاطر القانونية والتجارية وإدارتها والإبلاغ عنها بوضوح. تلقي التعليمات من أصحاب المصلحة وترجمتها إلى الإجراء المناسب.
التواصل مع الأطراف الثالثة وإدارتها (مثل المستشار الخارجي).
إجراء بحث قانوني للبقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات التي تطرأ على التشريعات، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالقوانين والقواعد واللوائح التي تؤثر على أعمال مؤسسة الزبير.
الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات
بكالوريوس/دبلوم في القانون. محامٍ معتمد/مؤهل. 3 سنوات من الخبرة بعد التأهيل. مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
