We seek candidates to join the 2024 Graduate Development Programme for Log Analysis and Interpretation.
Our Programme is designed to support outstanding young individuals and recent graduates to start their careers in the Oil and Gas Industry as Junior Well Log analysts.
TGT’s Graduate Development Programme for Log Analysis and Interpretation is a blend of scholarship and mentorship activities, on–the–job training, and global team projects that will be held in the TGT Head Quarters office in the UAE and the home locations of the trainees. The target of the programme is to equip young talents with the skills and knowledge, develop their potential, and support the transition from university to their new journey as oil and gas professionals.
Essential Responsibilities
Handle the data loading, processing, interpretation, and report generation for the assigned job promptly. Provide LQC (Log Quality Control) support to the field. Contribute to internal presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions. Abide by all QHSE rules and regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised institute or university, preferably in Reservoir & Production Engineering, Geology, and Geophysics. Good analytical skills. Good technical writing skills. Proactivity and willingness to communicate with clients.

نحن نبحث عن مرشحين للانضمام إلى برنامج تطوير الخريجين لعام 2024 لتحليل السجل وتفسيره.
تم تصميم برنامجنا لدعم الأفراد الشباب المتميزين والخريجين الجدد لبدء حياتهم المهنية في صناعة النفط والغاز كمحللين مبتدئين لسجل الآبار.
يعد برنامج TGT لتطوير الخريجين لتحليل السجل وتفسيره مزيجًا من أنشطة المنح الدراسية والإرشاد والتدريب أثناء العمل ومشاريع الفريق العالمية التي سيتم عقدها في المقر الرئيسي لـ TGT في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمواقع الرئيسية للمتدربين. الهدف من البرنامج هو تزويد المواهب الشابة بالمهارات والمعرفة، وتطوير إمكاناتهم، ودعم الانتقال من الجامعة إلى رحلتهم الجديدة كمحترفين في مجال النفط والغاز.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
التعامل مع تحميل البيانات ومعالجتها وتفسيرها وإنشاء التقارير للوظيفة المعينة على الفور. توفير دعم LQC (مراقبة جودة السجل) للميدان. المساهمة في العروض التقديمية الداخلية وجلسات تبادل المعرفة. الالتزام بجميع قواعد ولوائح QHSE.
المؤهلات / المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من معهد أو جامعة معترف بها، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في هندسة المكامن والإنتاج والجيولوجيا والجيوفيزياء. مهارات تحليلية جيدة. مهارات الكتابة الفنية الجيدة. الاستباقية والاستعداد للتواصل مع العملاء.
