SALES CO-ORDINATOR (DRIVES & AUTOMATION)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in tenders, delivery processing, marketing, and documentation

• Internal order processing, necessary documentation, and obtaining approvals

• Handling of RFQs/Offers/Tenders

• Preparation of Local and Foreign P.O

Experience:

• Fresher / 1 year

Qualification:

• Higher Secondary / BCom / BBA

الوصف الوظيفي والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• دعم الفريق في المناقصات، معالجة الطلبات، التسويق، وإعداد الوثائق.

• معالجة الطلبات الداخلية، إعداد الوثائق اللازمة والحصول على الموافقات.

• التعامل مع طلبات عروض الأسعار / العروض / المناقصات.

• إعداد أوامر الشراء المحلية والدولية.

الخبرة المطلوبة:

• حديث التخرج أو خبرة سنة واحدة.

المؤهل العلمي:

• شهادة التعليم العالي / بكالوريوس تجارة (BCom) / بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال (BBA).
