Inventory Management Officer

About the Role
In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock integrity through detailed audits and system control. This role includes dynamic, hands-on responsibilities and may require night shifts or extended hours to meet operational targets.

What You'll Do
• Maintain accurate movement records and conduct regular inventory audits
• Develop and implement robust inventory systems and procedures
• Strategically manage product storage to optimize warehouse capacity and meet MIQ targets
• Direct tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards

What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in a similar role (Inventory Controller or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of inventory systems and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially VLOOKUP) and relevant software tools
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities
• Strong teamwork, independence, and clear communication in English

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience
2–3 years in inventory management or a related logistics position

Nationality
Open to Omani nationals only

حول الدور:
في بيئة المستودعات سريعة التطور هذه، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على سجلات جرد دقيقة وضمان سلامة المخزون من خلال عمليات تدقيق دقيقة ومراقبة دقيقة للنظام. يتضمن هذا الدور مسؤوليات ديناميكية وعملية، وقد يتطلب العمل في نوبات ليلية أو ساعات عمل إضافية لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.

ما ستفعله
• الحفاظ على سجلات حركة دقيقة وإجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة للمخزون
• تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة وإجراءات جرد قوية
• إدارة تخزين المنتجات بشكل استراتيجي لتحسين سعة المستودعات وتحقيق أهداف MIQ
• توجيه المهام وتفويض المسؤوليات وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة

ما ستحضره
• خبرة مثبتة في دور مماثل (مراقب المخزون أو ما يعادله)
• معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة المخزون وأفضل الممارسات
• إتقان Microsoft Excel (خاصةً VLOOKUP) وأدوات البرامج ذات الصلة
• قدرات تنظيمية وحفظ سجلات ممتازة
• عمل جماعي قوي واستقلالية وتواصل واضح باللغة الإنجليزية

درجة البكالوريوس في الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة

خبرة
من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو منصب لوجستي ذي صلة
