About the Role
NESTO, one of the region's fastest-growing retailers, is looking for an experienced and driven MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oman. If you have a strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems—this is your chance to be part of high-impact retail development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technical design, site supervision, and project execution for MEP systems
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of MEP works
• Ensure compliance with local and international MEP codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, and local electrical authorities)
• Oversee installation and testing of HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical systems
• Ensure quality control and timely project delivery across all MEP disciplines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
• Proven experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Strong knowledge of MEP codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• التعامل مع التصميم الفني والإشراف على الموقع وتنفيذ المشروع لأنظمة MEP
• التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان التنفيذ السلس لأعمال MEP
• ضمان الامتثال لأكواد ومعايير MEP المحلية والدولية (ASHRAE و NFPA والسلطات الكهربائية المحلية)
• الإشراف على تركيب واختبار أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة والسلامة من الحرائق والأنظمة الكهربائية
• ضمان مراقبة الجودة وتسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب في جميع تخصصات الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية

متطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة (BE/B.Tech)
• خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والأنظمة الكهربائية والسباكة وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق
• معرفة قوية بأكواد MEP واللوائح ومعايير السلامة
• خبرة عملية في الإشراف على الموقع وتنسيق المشاريع
• مهارات التواصل الفعال وحل المشكلات
