Position: Accountant
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum three to five years relevant experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience working with General Ledgers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Proficient with ERP Systems (SAP or Oracle).
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, analysis and reconcile, General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations.
Post Journal Entries for accrued expenses, recurring entries, and revenue, maintaining Fixed Assets and Depreciation, Amortization etc.
Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary (VAT).
Oman Tax awareness would be an advantage (VAT, Corporate Tax, and Labor compliance like Pension, WPS etc.).
Prepare MIS Reports, Inventories Reports and reconciliation, Internal Audit exposure.
Act as a liaison for vendors and clients to reconcile any billing discrepancies and payments, discount rates etc.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs especially Excel.
Well-presented, honest, ethical, and dependable.
Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounts and Finance.
Preference for immediate joiners.

إتقان أنظمة ERP (SAP أو Oracle).
المساعدة في إعداد البيانات المالية، التحليل والتسويات، دفتر الأستاذ العام، الحسابات المدينة والدائنة، الأصول الثابتة، وتسويات البنوك.
تسجيل قيود اليومية للمصروفات المستحقة، القيود المتكررة، والإيرادات، مع الحفاظ على الأصول الثابتة والاستهلاك والإطفاء.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير الامتثال المحلية حسب الحاجة (ضريبة القيمة المضافة).
المعرفة بالضرائب في سلطنة عمان تعتبر ميزة (ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الشركات، والامتثال العمالي مثل المعاشات، نظام WPS).
إعداد تقارير MIS، تقارير المخزون والتسويات، والخبرة بالتدقيق الداخلي.
العمل كحلقة وصل مع الموردين والعملاء لتسوية أي اختلافات في الفواتير والمدفوعات، وأسعار الخصم، إلخ.
معرفة ممتازة ببرامج Microsoft، خاصة Excel.
حسن المظهر، صادق، أخلاقي، وموثوق.
حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس والماجستير في المحاسبة والمالية.
