DATA Entry Clerk (Omani) - Male, Al Batinah South Governorate
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for carrying out quality verification of returned products, documenting issues through video evidence, and supporting warehouse segregation activities as per the Quality Team's instructions. The employee is also required to ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality issues to support corrective actions.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Nationality / Location Requirement:
Candidates must be residents of South Al Batinah Governorate
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect returned sanitary and plumbing products and ensure there are no leakage issues
Inspect non-serviceable returned electrical products
Document defects by recording video evidence and uploading it to the approved system
Support segregation of products with quality-related issues
Inspect bulk returned items and prepare the required reports
Customer complaints handling & processing
Requirements:
Previous experience in quality inspection or warehouse operations is preferred
Basic knowledge of sanitary, plumbing, or electrical products
Attention to detail, commitment, and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
Good knowledge of preparing reports in English
Additional Preferences:
Experience in the building materials sector or related industries

الغرض من الوظيفة:
– مسؤول عن التحقق من جودة المنتجات المرتجعة، توثيق المشكلات عبر الفيديو، ودعم أنشطة فصل المنتجات في المستودع حسب تعليمات فريق الجودة
– ضمان إعداد التقارير الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لدعم الإجراءات التصحيحية
المهارات المطلوبة:
– الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة)
– خبرة سابقة في فحص الجودة أو عمليات المستودعات مفضلة
– معرفة أساسية بالمنتجات الصحية والسباكة أو الكهربائية
– اهتمام بالتفاصيل، الالتزام، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
– الرغبة في العمل في بيئة المستودع
– معرفة جيدة بإعداد التقارير باللغة الإنجليزية
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
– فحص المنتجات الصحية والسباكة المرتجعة والتأكد من عدم وجود تسرب
– فحص المنتجات الكهربائية المرتجعة غير القابلة للخدمة
– توثيق العيوب بتسجيل مقاطع فيديو ورفعها على النظام المعتمد
– دعم فصل المنتجات التي بها مشاكل جودة
– فحص العناصر المرتجعة بكميات كبيرة وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة
– التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء ومعالجتها
المتطلبات الإضافية (يفضل):
– خبرة في قطاع مواد البناء أو الصناعات ذات الصلة
