We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team and contribute to the company’s success. This role involves developing and implementing finance strategies, managing international SPVs, overseeing aviation financial matters, and supporting operational and statutory excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement function strategies, governance, operating models, objectives, and annual goals to ensure operational excellence
• Support department operations to achieve optimal performance and business goals, ensuring appropriate processes and systems for monitoring transactions
• Manage international SPVs, maintaining statutory records, certificates, and filings through coordination with trust and corporate service providers
• Handle aviation financial matters by coordinating with operating partners for proper cash management
• Coordinate with UBS for aircraft loan management, including invoice tracking and compliance with loan agreements
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and MIS reports for a portfolio of international companies
• Support annual statutory audits with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards and statutory compliance
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple financial portfolios and coordinate with external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications preferred

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الوظيفة والحوكمة ونماذج التشغيل والأهداف والأهداف السنوية لضمان التميز التشغيلي
• دعم عمليات القسم لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل وأهداف العمل، وضمان العمليات والأنظمة المناسبة لمراقبة المعاملات
