Store Associate – Part-time – Babyshop Sohar

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize and contribute to sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Ensure all stock is displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well-folded, arranged smallest to largest, hanged items steamed, brand-wise, size-wise).
Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display.
Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements.
Record all stock administration (stock count, inter-branch transfer, dispatch, delivery) accurately and in a timely manner in the system.
Maintain vigilance regarding store security at all times.
Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming etiquettes are maintained.
Provide accurate and current product information for all customer inquiries.
Increase the customer database by adding new customers to the mailing list.
Understand and effectively implement the returns policy.
Assist store merchandiser and/or store manager in product placement and arrangement.
Dress mannequins and attend to other visual merchandising tasks.
Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area and employee break area.

Store Associate – Part-time – Centrepoint, Salalah

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize and contribute to sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Ensure all stock is displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well-folded, arranged smallest to largest, hanged items steamed, brand-wise, size-wise).
Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display.
Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing recovery and maintenance in the store.
Greet and meet all customers promptly and politely.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Guide customers throughout the store or to the requested area.
Develop understanding of all departments, products, features, and after-sales service.
Implement visual merchandising principles effectively.
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Follow procedures for specific customer orders.
Maintain confidentiality regarding retail/store sales information.

Store Cashier – Centrepoint MOO

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cash operations for the store and daily accounting for all cash/credit card/gift voucher transactions.
Ensure compliance with SOPs/policies for till procedures, daily banking, and safe reconciliation.
Greet customers and inform them about promotions, gift vouchers, extended warranties, etc.
Maintain housekeeping standards at the cashier counter.
Ensure all POS machines are in excellent condition.
Accurately process all customer transactions efficiently.
Inform management of price queries.
Fold garments correctly and present them in proper size carrier bags after payment.
