The Team Leader WTC is part of the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Head of the Commercial Department. In this key position, you will lead the WTC team and ensure seamless execution of warehousing, CFS, and forwarding services for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the WTC team with a strong “customer-first” mindset
• Achieve sales and business development targets, driving throughput, revenue, and profitability
• Draft rate calculations, quotations, and agreements
• Manage stakeholders effectively, including ROP Customs
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Account Management, Customer Service, Documentation, Tally, and Operations teams
• Safeguard client interests while developing the skills of the WTC team
• Drive cross-departmental process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

المسؤوليات

• حسابات أسعار المسودة، وعروض الأسعار، والاتفاقيات
